All these big spoilers for "S.U.V.", "Fistful of Energon", and "Autoboot Camp" at tfw2005.com are really making me wish CN would stop lagging the series around and catch up already.

That, or have the Middle East and Canada slow down.

Too bad most people who get the Middle Eastern channel can't get good reception or quality for whatever reason. Otherwise I am more than willing to bet we'd have a couple of Transformers subs on Youtube.

But in a way I'm kinda glad, I mean seeing episodes a whole month ahead of time. It would give me no reason to watch CN.

I finally found "Velocity" on YouTube. FanTransformers finally got it up and running.

It was pretty good. I liked the return of BB's Turbo Boosters, but I didn't like the whole "Racer X/Who is that guy?" take on Blu-- er, uh, I mean, the blue race car.

Velocity was one of their better episodes. It's a shame we didn't get to see Blurr's robot mode. (no one's being spoiled at this point. Characters and synopses were spoiled months ago.)

One other thing, the episode was a bit preachy. It's theme was aimed at adults as much as kids, if not more so. We got the idea, beating us over the head with it wasn't necessary.

Don't get me wrong, I understand the point they were making, I do, it's just that after the 3rd or 4th time...they're beating a dead horse.

Did anyone else notice the Stunticons in that episode? Not really 100% accurate to G1 but Master Desaster was useing a semi and the 4 other cars who weren't Blurr.

The Master Desaster logo on his costume and on the truck looked like a mix between Cobra from GI Joe and Dr. Claw from Inspecter Gadget.

I like how Blitzwing made the "Look, they're twins" comment, followed shortly by "How come your interior is so much cleaner than mine" and "I don't know, maybe because it's not on fire."

Blitzwing actully seemed more stable in this episode than he normally does. He stayed on his calm face for most of the episode untill he started flying in that narrow trench and had to switch to Tank mode.

Nah, they don't look that much like the Stunticons. I just rewatched the parts that the other cars were shown. They look more like generic cars instead of homages.

Didn't care for it, though I did like the set up for Blur. I think he's going to be fully introduced in the Boot Camp episode.

I've heard that he's going to be in several more episodes, including the season finale.

EDIT: Presumably either because John Moschitta Jr. doesn't get much work these days, or because he can record an entire season's worth of material in two hours.

I loved Garbage In Garbage Out, it is one of the few Animated episodes I watched and i enjoyed it. I was always a fan of G1 Wreck gar, and though different cartoon wreckgar was very fun to watch.

Now that wreck gar knows he wants to be a hero i'd like to see him return. (the grounding on a goal would be helpful, because the things that made him fun for one episode could become annoying if they lack development and growth in the long run).

I want a animated wreck gar toy, but he needs fun objects he can use like an axel club, a vacuum cleaner, and a stop sign.

I saw your g1 references you listed and decided to add a few more to it.

Saber Prime wrote:"There were ALOT of G1 Refrences in this episode as well.

1. Spike and Carly were actully called by name in this episode and Daniel is apperently getting a little brother or sister.

2. Wreck-Gar's line "I dare to be stupid!" the song "Dare to be Stupid" was the song by Weird Al who does the voice in this series for Wreck-Gar that played durring the first time we saw the original Wreck-Gar.

3. There was allso a refrence to Batman in this episode. It might not of been intended to be a refrence to Batman but Wreck-Gar's line "They call me Worthless-Wreck-Watching-Pile-Of-Garbage" was simular to the Creeper's line "They call me Crazy-Yellow-Skined-Maniac" on The Batman Animated series.

4. The universal greeting he said to Lugnuts.

5. throwing his G1 alt mode at bumblebee.

6. his wondering on the bra that wouldn't fit MAY be a reference to the G1 wreck gar having nipple-like chest guns, or may not be, I am not sure on that.

That's the first time I've seen Blurr in robot mode. According to the chest decal on Blurr he's a member of the Elite Guard. The wings on the Autobot symbol are allways a dead give away in this series.

If you look in my Sig, I not only have a new quote but new images as well. I'm adding to my own little Autobot and Decepticon teams. Autobots just being based off Energon molds and Decepticons being what I think the human villains would look like as Transformers.

Master Disaster and Towline just got added to my Sig.

I used Cohorda's mold for Master Disaster because the the paint job on his helmet looked like a picture of a cobra. (Which is why I made the G.I. Joe refrence in an earlier post.) The image on his truck however looks more like Dr. Claw symbol. I could have made him a truck or a race car but the paint job for his costume just seems to fit Cohorda better.

I have to say (though I may be just clearly stating the obvious here) that Transformers Animated has quickly become my favorite Transformers cartoon. Though I really enjoyed Beast Wars (which was the first TF cartoon I followed from its premier to its finale) and G1 (I grew up in the '90s, so I never saw the cartoon when it was originally airing, but being a '90s kid means being a Transformers: Generation 2 kid, so I was captivated by the recycled, syndicated episodes of the original Transformers cartoon, and I think I may have watched some G.I. Joe reruns as well, because I think that one came on after each TF episode). But all things being said, even with its many flaws, the original cartoon holds a special place in my heart, whereas Animated is in a class all its own, which is not a bad thing, because Animated just shows how good a transformers cartoon can be when handled right (unlike RiD which actually wasn't half-bad, I just felt that it could have been so much better) and I'm not saying that the G1 cartoon was poorly handled, it was, and still is a great cartoon. But now I have Animated to watch, and so does an entirely new generation of fans.

I have two things to say about my sig.

1. I fixed Downshift. I really never liked the G1 head I gave him or the pure wite chest so I went for Armada Wheeljack. I don't know why I didn't think of this before. I didn't want to use the name Wheeljack or the G1 Wheeljack looking head so why didn't I give him Armada Wheeljack's head in the first place?

2. I found out Photobucked has an editing feature now and I accidently made a couple of oddly colored images.

I think the only one of those "human villains as Decepticons" I like is Meltdown. The others really don't seen to fit their characters, imo.

Anyhow, nice colors. You gave everyone some purple for the Shattered Glass version and some green for the Christmas one. Neat.
