What the heck are you talking about? I never seen anyone with purple or blue hair unless it was dyed that color. People with dark colored hair is hard to dye it and the color dye really doesn't show up except under sertain lighting conditions like you described. Otherwise, just haveing dark colored hair isn't going to cause any unnatually colored shine effect.

No I said hair that is so black it gives off a purple or blue sheen. Usually I only see/hear of this in relation to asian hair but my point is the same. I'm not talking about the actual color of the hair but how in certain light it gives of a sheen or shine. It's kinda hard to explain.

Of course certain artists could interpret the colors differently, but the whole shade argument could be brought back up about that.

It could also be it's a very glossy dark blue.

Yeah but I like to assume it's black because that's what they called it when Peter wore it. But who's to say besides those on colors for said media.

I fu**ing hated that costume #++ö

I talked to an artist who used to colour the Venom comics were they "cloned" the symbiote and set him free in the Arctic. #-o (That was soooooooo stupid)
He stated that he would colour Venom with black, and blue shades as otherwise he would just be a black mess of ink. And the Wizard Magazine once had a discussion about which costume the artists preferred some said they preferred the original as the black costume is too difficult to colour as if you keep it all black it will look like a black ink dot but if you colour it in different shades of blue or Gray people will get confused of the colour.
MArvel also states that Venom and the black suit are black and are just coloured in this way to let it look better.

And Spider-Man Unlimited sucked just like Sensational Spider-Man!

I use to watch Spider-man and his amazing friends. I seen a couple episodes recently and realized it's a really lame cartoon.

Anyway I don't remember ever seeing that dog before.

On another note, I've never seen that lame Power Ranger's knock off Spider-man before. Can the Japanese do anything that doesn't involve lame rubber monster costumes and giant robots?

I'm suprised there isn't a live action Transformers series were the Autobots fight the Predacons. Autobots being the giant robots who turn into vehicles and Predacons being animals who insted of turning into giant robots become giant monster like creatures.

Um, that Spider-Man tokusatsu is what spawned the sentai series that Power Rangers was based off of. It came first, not the other way around. And, it was extremely successful and huge hit in Japan.

Well, actually there was Goranger and JAKQ first, then came the Spider-Man series, but it was that Spider-Man series that brought on Battle Fever J as the first Super Sentai series, followed by the rest of the Super Sentai series that continue today, along with Power Rangers first adapted from Zyuranger and the Super Sentai series onward.

I don't mind the spider clones too much. I remember the episode from the 90's series with all the Peters from the various universes. I lol'd at the one from "our" universe especially when they found out he didn't have any powers. My little brother absolutely loves the Spidergirl comics, which I read on occasionally and they're not that bad.

I'm not too knowledgable about Spiderman comics. In your opinion what series features the best stories?

To remain on topic when this spring is animated supposed to start?

Unknown at the moment as Spring/Summer 2009 is just a educated guess as April is Spring and June or July is Summer.

Also Revenge of the Fallen comes out this June so they could release both Animated Season 3 and TF 2 at the same time.

This way they can milk transformers more and make double the money off of it.

Transformers Animated S3

TF-Revenge of the Fallen

TF-Revenge of the Fallen Video game Multi-Platform

Transformers Soundtrack & The Official Score

Transformers Merchandise, Toys, Clothes, Posters, ETC.

Maybe some more DVD Box-Sets such as RiD which has yet to see a United States release date but has been released 3 times already in the UK as TF-RID The Ultimate DVD Box Set and also it says Jetix on it which is a Disney Brand which confirms Disney owns the rights to RiD.

So no Animated Season till April, May, June or July The earliest being Arpil which is the start of Spring and June or July the latest being the start of Summer.

Like with videogames they say Q1,Q2,Q3 Q4 or TBA 2009.

Q1 Spring
Q2 Summer
Q3 Fall
Q4 Winter

TBA means any time within the 2009 fiscial year or the company's year.

I loved Spiderman and his Amazing Friends.

It was one of the first introductions of the X-men into a cartoon.

Q1 is October to December
Q2 is January to March
Q3 is April to June
Q4 is July to September

And think about the rest of your idea; by putting both on the market at once, it would cause one line to take focus and therefore sales off of the other. This is why they never have to major lines run alongside each other, unless one is in the Repaint phase. (That being the phase where almost all releases are repaints, usually the very end of the line)

This means it's more likely for season 3 to come sooner, so that the season 3 line will be dying down by the time the ROTF comes out.

I just noticed something. I just went back and rewatched "Lost and Found" from Season 1, and when Lugnut and Blitzwing first fight the Autobots (before they scan their Earth Modes), Lugnut launches a huge barrage of missiles from his back. This never happens again. Why doesn't he ever use that attack again?

Also, each and every one of the those missiles he fired from his back looked almost exactly like his lower arms/engine pods for his Earth mode body.

I was just saying that they could release them both at the same time not necessarily at the same time.

I just said it was a possibility.

It is like how they are doing with Harry Pottery the movie & The videogame both being released simoltanuesly.

I have not clue as to when the official air date of season 3 will be.

The best clues gives are just the estimated Spring/Summer timeline that they gave us.

Which is what I stated above in my previous postings.

There is no defenitive set time for an Animated Season 3 just an estimated time which is not a set time.

Like with the upcoming Star Gate-Universe which just says Summer 09 also the 1st episde will be a multipart 3 part episode called "AIR" then the next episodes will be called Earth and Wind I think.

This new series is about the 9th and Final cheveron discovered bye Stargate Command which leads to an ancient starship called the Destiny.

This new series focuses more on the origins of the Stargates and more on the Anicients.

Also none of the crew memembers from Star Gate-Antlantis or SG-1 will be in the show but it is possible they could be cameo's of them such as Captain Carter was in Stargate Antlantis.

Also they are planning some movies based on Stargate-Antlantis like they did with SG-1's The Ark of Truth and Continuum.

No set date of when the Antlantis movies will be out. But I hope they will end the series and flesh it out more than the disappointing final episode "Enemy at the Gate".

I was expecting a more epic final battle than that but it was cool to finaly see Antlantis in Space-Ship mode.

I would call Lugnut's Punch attack

Atomic Punch

Atomic Smasher

God Hand like in Shin Megami Tensei a gaint fist comes crashing to the ground and does a great deal of damage

Atomizer Blaster

On his punch if you notice it has a red flashing button sort of like a warning signal.

Maybe that was the only time he could use the Punch maybe it was like a weapon of last resort.

But whatever it is, it kicked the autobots asses and I wish that more of the transformers had more gigantic attacks like that one.

I am tired of just the Stingers or the Axe Optimus uses but the Axe does have cool features like being able to extend its length like Goku's powerpole did also it has a jet pack in it also that propels optimus. Cause it shot Red Flames out of the back of the axe when Optimus goes into War-Mode.

Also Megatron's sword is bad ass but it would be better if megatron wielded 2 blades one in each and or a double bladed sword sort of like Darth Maul's double bladed light saber.

Atomic Punch

Atomic Smasher

God Hand like in Shin Megami Tensei a gaint fist comes crashing to the ground and does a great deal of damage

Atomizer Blaster

Yeah, but it's still officially called the Punch of Kill Everything.

And the first time he used that Punch of Kill Everything was before he reformatted. No one has lost an ability after being reformatted from their Cybertron Modes to their Earth Modes.

Okay, okay, I think you got lost, let's go over this again:

You wondered why Lugnut stopped using an ability where he fired a large volley of missiles, and noted that shortly after he reformatted.

Then I suggested that either he ran out of missiles, or he didn't have the launchers carried over when he reformatted.

Then you said everyone else kept their abilities, and I said that his ability was his Punch, not the missile launchers.

I just said it was a possibility.

It is like how they are doing with Harry Pottery the movie & The videogame both being released simoltanuesly.

That's not even close to the same. Releasing a game simultaneously with a movie is nothing new, and has never been a problem. (Unless you bring quality into the equation...) There's a big difference between a video game to go along with a movie, and two toylines that take up a lot more shelf space than just one.

Rodimus2006 wrote:Also none of the crew memembers from Star Gate-Antlantis or SG-1 will be in the show but it is possible they could be cameo's of them such as Captain Carter was in Stargate Antlantis.

Or the cameos by Daniel, Jack, and Teal'c. Hell, even Hammond had an appearance, though it wasn't really him. And then there was the episode of SG-1 that took place almost entirely in the Pegasus Galaxy. In fact, by the third season, contact between Earth and Atlantis was pretty common.

Rodimus2006 wrote:No set date of when the Antlantis movies will be out. But I hope they will end the series and flesh it out more than the disappointing final episode "Enemy at the Gate".

Obviously, you haven't seen the SG-1 finale...

Rodimus2006 wrote:I was expecting a more epic final battle than that but it was cool to finaly see Antlantis in Space-Ship mode.

Unless you've seen the third season finale, where the used the stardrive for the first time.

How did we get on the subject of Stargate?

You are calling just one Battle with 1 wraith Hive ship as being epic. I aggree it was good but not epic.

Yes I do remember Dr. Daniel Jackson in some episode with the Asgard Power Suits in it.

Also General Hammond was in 1 or 2 episodes and General Jack O' Neil was in the 1st episode Pilot.

Were they were in Anartica.

Yes I have watched all episodes of Stargate SG-1 and Antlantis also both DVD Movies Continnum and the Ark of Truth but I prefer Continuum more as it was about one of my favorite character Ba'al.

I got confused also Stargate Universe maybe be only 3 seasons long but I think we all no it will be 5 seasons just like Antlantis was.

Also Captain Carter was the Cmdr of Antlantis after the whole thing with Wier and the Replicators went bad.

Then the guy that was on Star Trek Voyager as the Ship's holographic dotor "Robert Picardo ultimatly becomes the City's Final Cmdr.

If I had to pick which series is my favorite right now it would be SG-1 but it did have some suck job episodes in it though.

Sorry I threw Stargate into Transformers Animated.

I was only using Stargate-Universe as a bases with Transformers Animated Season 3 cause both are scheduled to be released

Spring/Summer 09 which is why I mentioned Universe.

Also Battlestar Galactica final episodes comes on next Friday at 10pm

then we may get the prequel show Caprica later on.

Who do you think will be the final Cylon Starbuck or The Former Female President Rosalin i think that is her name i forget.

Sorry I am bored.
