I kind of figured the Autobots were going to do that with Bumblebee. But then I remembered how Ratchet said even the Decepticons wouldn't do something like that.

Starscream's no longer a Decepticon, and furthermore, there's no telling what one will do in a survival situation. The Autobots don't harm humans, yet on two occasions now they have killed and/or mortally wounded M.E.C.H soldiers, so codes of honor are get voided.
Anyhow, I hope they turn that franken-bot into nemesis prime.

So I saw the new episode preview and is it Just me or does Dreadwing look alot like Depthcharge from BW? Also I must say I was disappointed with this two parter Niether Starscream nor Silas backstab each other. Also obligatory joke incoming "Silas you ignorant slut Your project is doomed to fail don't you know Knockoffs are never good to make?"

Anyhow. New favorite TF line from Bulkhead: "MINE"S BIGGER THAN YOURS!" When Breakdown flew, I literally said "DIIIIAAAMMMNN!!!" Great stuff. But I wonder, with all this stuff on earth, obviously put there deliberately, I wonder if that energy shield belonged to Sentinel/Zeta Prime? Probably not, since Knockout used it. Anyway, hearing the story of FoC, Earth was discovered and examined during the dinosaur years, so maybe, due to lack of intelligent life, all their artifacts were sent here in secret? Maybe the Transformers caused dino-extinction? Possabillities...

Ok so I saw the clip for episode 8. So let me get this straight MECH. MECH manage to make just a nearly perfect & identical clone of Optimus (as well as get his voice right) So that they can steal and terrorise the world while blaming the autobots of the crime? Thats a pretty smart plan if abit impossible by these guys standards. The only faults I see in it is that I don't see how well this plan will work in the long run (You know like making more), And that if Silas is planning on putting his brain in that prototype soon because something tells me it's going to bite him in the ass in the end. their tagline should be "MECH: When we're not getting slaughter and being sore losers in our first appearance, We'll make you one hell of a life-size black repaint of your red & blue jesus" Still may be a good episode.

Instead of being a clone, it could also be that MECH has succeeded in actually taking full control of the Autobots (or at least Optimus) for that episode, and then sick them on the U.S. military.

Starscream is a survivor. I like that the writers are giving him the bad route. One of two predictions is that he recovers his own T-cog, or he cannibalizes from a vehicon. I say the latter is more likely due to MECH wanting their own Transformer and the need for Starscream to transform because lets face it he is not the strongest warrior without his alt mode.

As for Nemesis Prime, idk that is in the air. I would like for this to be an android who is later given a genuine spark and works for MECH then maybe betrays goes rogue or becomes a part of the Decepticons proper... or a brainwashed Optimus is cool too I suppose (I am hoping for a black 1st edition repaint to hit stores that is why I have this desire).

I loved this episode - I love that the autobots didn't get that hammer, but in the end ratchet was able to restore the fried one. I love that starscream fried bumblebee then shot his cog.

I hate that MECH has a weapon that can knock out transformers instantly, but can't seem to ever find it when attacked. I mean, I guess it has to charge up or something, but at least show that!

Starscream, though very much a clown, still is awesome, you just are always cheering for him to somehow prove that he's not a total screw up. I like the starscream that screws up, then bails himself out.

Better obligatory joke from this two parter: "Hey Silas need a T-cog just jump dimension into Energon clearly no one in that show was using theirs." I'm kinda happy the writers are treating Starscream the way he should be treated, I do wonder how he's doing so well it's been a few months and the NAIL is still looking pretty good health wise.

Anyway, has Screamer ever used that blaster before season 2? The "Jet Judo" scene comes to mind. I think this is just the first time I'm getting a good look at it. Before a certain point, it was all long range fighting because that's how he is. Missiles. Now I want to see blades or something. Wait, his fingers.

). It's the reason why "Grill"'s plot has the 'Bots up for termination by the U.S. government,with Fowler trying to prove their innocence.

And, according to the description and clip we've seen of it, Optimus goes on a rampage (in his traditional reds and blues) attacking a U.S. military base, and MECH is responsible.

okay so bumblebee goes after mech.....don't they keep any spare guns...swords....big sticks..at their base? I know he was upset a bit but he has been a warrior for eons. also love the massive hammer of the primes. hmmm has me thinking was the shield the skyboom? shieldperhaps. if so wonder if we will see the star saber or requiem blaster. just museings at the end there.

Seeing how easily it was destroyed, i doubt it. Knock Out called it a "shield generator" instead.

Nope. Weapons in the Aligned continuity are all internalized.

I seriously doubt it was the Skyboom Shield. The Requiem Blaster was in Exiles, and the Star Saber belonged to Prima, so they kinda sorta did show up.
