That was sweet. But I deffinately underestimated Prime though. I thought it was going to be a show that was intended for little kids for under the age of 8 and stuff based on how they look and the fact that it's on HUB. But seeing Megs bring in dark energon to revive the dead and how dark the show is is pretty freakin' awesome.

I Take it your barely getting around to watching it huh? It just gets better. Anyhow, this last episode had quite a few little references worth noting, like "Exodus" and the "War for Cybertron". Still, what a cliffhanger. Orian Pax-Part 2 can't come soon enough.

Watch Galaxy Force for your dose of awesomely badass Starscream.

You know what I want from TF Prime? More Soundwave. Preferably an entire episode dedicated to him and his past, more on who he used to be, before he became the silent faceless intel bot that he is in prime.

He had a voice, a face, and even a personality at one point. What happened?

What would be really sweet, if Laserbeak wasn't actually Laserbeak but just a general weapon that can also form Ravage and Rumble and such. It would just be that each form of the weapon had a different name.

:KREMZEEK: Okay, I try not to be a raving fangirl. :KREMZEEK: But this clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aM8LOIED2gg&feature=player_embedded is too Awesome not to blow a few circuits and over heat the engines.
This one scene makes the entire series worth watching in my most humble opinion. It has already inspired me with a few fics.

Jack totally rocks that spacesuit!!!!! =P~

"Optimus needs you..."
June's best line yet. :D

Fowler raises to new heights of cool. 8)

Raf is just so cute I want to adopt him. :x

Miko is actually behaving for once. :APPLAUSE:

Ratchet on a mission. :michaelbay:

Please somebody upload this episode fast.

On a side note I think I've figured out why they jump immediately from the Optimus/Orion story-line directly to the BB voice story-line. If this pans out as awesome as it is promising any following episodes that tried to compete in action and adventure would fell like a huge letdown, ruining an otherwise perfectly good story by the comparison. By switching to a different set of emotions. Tradgy and heartwarming they might hope to avoid that emotional letdown. Anyone else got ideas?

In regards to the Orion Pax episodes, I can see alot of people aren't particularly happy about the idea of Jack just finding vector sigma and giving Optimus his memories back instantly. BUt what if I can offer a possible alternative?
:-?
Imagine this: Vector Sigma doesn't download all of Optimus' memories back inside of him, but rather HAVE HIS MEMORIES SHOWN TO HIM. Orion will see the truth, but we won't exactly turn 180 on us and immediately say "I am Optimus Prime". He will remain Orion Pax or just Optimus. Optimus will then have to prove that he can become the great leader he has been known to be in the past, and thus Optimus' character arc merely BEGINS. The show is after-all called Transformers Prime, maybe this was the writers' intent all along. I guess we will see and find out soon enough.

Yeah, but that could be part of the plot. the mass of memories threatening to overwhelm or destroy Jack's mind, forcing the Autobots to choose between preserving Optimus's memories or saving Jack.

They already played with something similar with Bulkhead, so I doubt we'll see the same sort of thing again.

Actually, yeah, I suggested that at the end of last season. He'd have all the knowledge, but only as a second hand account, he'd still have to learn how to use it.

I was kind of expecting more of this night's episode to take place on Cybertron. This doesn't seem like something they could wrap up in a single episode.

I have to wonder, though, is Vector Sigma really supposed to be under Kaon? It was under Iacon in the Exodus novel, which they seem to be somewhat attempting to keep continuity with. I'm guessing that they might not actually succeed in actually finding Vector Sigma in the first place and the Key to Vector Sigma/Vector Sigma itself/Primus is just slagging with them for some reason we'll find out later.

The design they had for Optimus Prime on the computer monitor seems to be an homage to his War for Cybertron design if I'm not mistaken. Then again, knowing my memory, I just might be.

Episode 27 -

Man, I love this Starscream! His performance when speaking to Orion is just so perfect!

The design of Raf's RC car looks very familiar, but I can't recall off hand where I've seen before.

In this series, only the Decepticons have presently accomplished the mastering of Space Bridge engineering. Too bad Bulkhead didn't inherit the same talents as his Animated counterpart.

The scene between Ratchet, Bulkhead, and Starscream in the woods was great. It's that kind of character-driven stuff that season 1 (or at least, the first half of it) was really lacking in.

When Orion searches the Decepticon archives for the name "Optimus Prime", what comes up is info on an "Optimus Prime" described as being "leader of the Autobot invaders," which Orion realizes doesn't match up with Megatron calling the "Warlord Ratchet" the Autobots' leader. Perhaps Soundwave should have rewritten the Optimus Prime section of the computer files to not contradict Megatron's words (i.e. - have it say something like Optimus Prime having been "a" leader of the Autobots, or a "former" leader, rather than "the" leader), so that Orion wouldn't have so quickly found out that he'd been lied to by either Megatron or Starscream.

Boy, pretty lax security for something as precious as a Decepticon Space Bridge.

One small step for Jack, one giant leap for mankind.

Hey, Star Wars reference! Spoken by a Ghostbuster! and, unlike with Han Solo, it worked! 8-)

In the sky, you can see both of Cybertron's moons.

Hellooooooo, Insecticon! (or, well, that's probably most likely what it is).

A very cool episode overall, with really good pacing, as it felt quite longer than normal.

DJ1107 wrote:So I just watch part 2. So there are insecticons on Cybertron this shouldn't be a problem I mean Ironhide & Sunstreaker are on Cybertron as well just go get them to help Arcee & Jack.......wait.
Ironhide left Cybertron with the others aboard the Ark. And we don't know if there is a Sunstreaker in this continuity.

I don't recall them ever mentioning Vector Sigma to be under Iacon in Exodus.

Looked more like just a beefed up intimidating wireframe of Optimus Prime's Prime cartoon body to me.

Yeah I know Ironhide left on the Ark. I was just making a joke/reference to the comic "Transformers: Ironhide". Honestly in my opinion alot of nothing happen in this part outside of Orion not being a complete idiot. I am interested in what "Project Iacon" is I was thinking that Megatron was going to do that weird de-terraforming plot G1 Megatron did back at the first dreamwave mini-series, but since He has a space bridge preped up My only thought is that there's some kind of super weapon in Iacon.

Is it too much to believe that this show could, perhaps do something original that hasn't been done in a previous series?

And, why would Orion be an idiot? As I've said a bajillion times, he's not stupid in the slightest. A bit naive, maybe, but not stupid.

I only call Orion a idiot because he doesn't seem the slightest weirded out by certain things like "If I was in stasis for so long then why is my Alt mode different?" Or "Megatron why do you have sharp teeth, spikes, and have a different voice then last time" I'm sure those question were answered off screen but still.

Orion: Are saying Megatron lied?
Starscream: Image

Loved this ep. Starscream talking with Ratchet and Bulk was a terrific. And "How are you?" I don't know what I like best about that: Fowler quoting Star Wars, everyone's faces right after he said it, or Breakdown's response.

Soundwave labeling Optimus Prime as leader of the Autobots after Megatron called Ratchet leader is a curiously large slip-up -- assuming of course it was Soundwave doing the labeling, and not some poor grunt hastily "fixing" the files after Screamer came in.

Awesome Season 2 is keeping up with the strong pace and keeping in the right direction.

I loved the insecticon type bot under the bridge so I guess Cybertron isnt a complete husk after all.

Be cool to see what else is hidden on Cybertron.

I liked how the Key was used sort of like a Metal Dectector of I am hot no now I am cold you point the sucker in the right direction bam you are there.

I also say that there will be more than one of those Insecicon like bots besides the one we saw under the bridge that one thier was meerly a look out.

I also suspect Vector Sigma to be way worlds beyond diffrent from Generation 1.

Also my thoughts on Project Iocon I dont think it is really WOFMD but I think it is instead Statsis Pods containing Protoform Transformers maybe some of the original 13 primes themselves.

Think about it maybe The Fallen could be apart of Project Iocon he was a Prime and also the original 13.

Also maybe it could be a way to introduce new characters such as Dreadwing maybe he is in one of these pods he wakes up some how and he scans a Earth vehicle.

Then again this is my theory. Oh I paid off my Transformers Fall of Cybertron got it on my PS3.

Also got my Prime Season 1 on DVD and also getting the Soundtrack.

I also think that they shouldnt go over board with new characters but spread them out like with Dreadwing or the Dinobots or maybe even have them both be in the same story arc and be another multiplart episode.

Like the autobots need more on there side and they make the Dnobots in retailliation the Decipticons connivenece the newly awakend Dreadwing to join there cause.

Dreadwing replaces Starscream while Scream helpis out MECH and there project chimera.

Great episode!
Maybe not as exciting as part 1 or (as I hope) part 3 will but but an excelent bridge between the two.
The look on June's face  when Fowler offers to produce a spacesuit for Jack was priceless. The pain it promised was something to behold.

Really? Altmode and dental concerns? You really think that such menial and trivial subjects as those are so important that they needs to be touched upon on screen? That's a waste of time. It's better to just have Orion already be up to speed on things to better the flow of the story. I mean, that's like saying you want them to show every time the humans have to go to the bathroom or something.

As for his differing voice and body, Hasbro doesn't seem to give a care about what the Aligned characters look/sound like so long as it works for the story. No way would the characters themselves acknowledge it if the creators don't care.

Besides, with Frank Welker doing this kind of voice, it doesn't really sound all that different from Fred Tatasciore's Megatron. At most, it sounds like an aged version of Tatasciore's Megatron.

And, who knows, with Welker on board for this show, they could probably replace Tatasciore with Welker for Fall of Cybertron if they wanted to. They've already done such replacing with characters like Grimlock and Jazz for that game.

Noideaforaname wrote:Soundwave labeling Optimus Prime as leader of the Autobots after Megatron called Ratchet leader is a curiously large slip-up -- assuming of course it was Soundwave doing the labeling, and not some poor grunt hastily "fixing" the files after Screamer came in.
What Soundwave had done was encrypt the information, as Megatron had underestimated Orion and did not expect him to go looking through the Decepticon archives for Autobot info and crack the codes to do so. consdering how all the encrypting had to be done on short notice, it stands to reason that Soundwave didn't have the time to go through everything and rewrite it all. So Megatron just had him hide it all instead.

Think about it maybe The Fallen could be apart of Project Iocon he was a Prime and also the original 13.
Definitely wouldn't be the Thirteen. That's Hasbro's baby to work on. They have big plans for the Thirteen right now and wouldn't just let the cartoon writers go do whatever with them.

Do you mean you pre-ordered it, or that you already got it? Cuz, you can't have already gotten it since it's not due out for release until the Fall.

Like the autobots need more on there side and they make the Dnobots in retailliation the Decipticons connivenece the newly awakend Dreadwing to join there cause.
Dreadwing's getting his own story arc this season, but the Dinobots probably won't come until later. And, the Autobots wouldn't build them since, by the time of the cartoon's era, they Dinobots would have already been existing for over 70 million years.
