I don't think they're trying to get away from the kids. Don't expect them to leave either, Tania and Josh said they're reading in Season 3.

Season finale anyone?

I think it will focus more on the Star Seekers, Dinobots, and Insecticons. They're all beasts (and hopefully we'll get toys of them in the BH toyline).![]()

Interestingly, the one human we HAVEN'T seen since the season premiere is June.

Depends on what Starscream and/or Megatron are planning as well. It could be that Dreadwing ruins Megatron's opportunity to get rid of his former second in command, since, unless Starscream is bringing something BIG to the table, I can't see how Megatron wouldn't execute him at the first opportunity.

Not sure the Star Seekers would be coming to the series, as most people who haven't read the books or follow the wikis/forums would be familiar with them. True, people who didn't play WfC or read the novels would be familair with Dark Energon either, but the Star Seekers are even more obscure for some.
The Dinobots are a possibility. I'd also love to see the original Predacons make an appearance, for once.

Sabrblade wrote:Dreadwing curses the Autobots "to the Pit" for the devastation of Cybertron. Megatron, meanwhile, speaks nothing of his words (probably trying to keep quiet about it having really been his fault for destroying Cybertron).
Sabrblade wrote:"Dark Star Saber"... Never would have guessed that, and while it doesn't sound all that clever, I wholeheartedly approve of the name becuase it's NEW and ORIGINAL! No other sword in TF lore bears that name, and it serves as the perfect slander towards the real Star Saber.
Sabrblade wrote:They never did say from which Prime Megatron stole the arm of.
Sabrblade wrote:And how the Star Saber was almost completely wasted by being destroyed just one episode after its introduction.
In "One Shall Rise", Megatron does recognize that it was his own doing that brought Cybertron to its ruin state, which is why, when he vows to conquer Earth after their dealing with Unicron is done, he's going to do so more carefully so that he actually has a living planet to rule over.Archanubis wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Dreadwing curses the Autobots "to the Pit" for the devastation of Cybertron. Maybe because Megatron doesn't believe the destruction of Cybertron was his fault. I think they do touch on that in "Fall of Cybertron."

HOWEVER TFP Arcee would have still tried a last ditch assassination attempt when Megz had the blade to her chin, but hey, that wasn't the storytelling goal today so we sell out on the character traits we spent donkeys years fleshing out at the expense of bringing in more bots. Writers: typically foreseeable poor effort.

Did you think they were going to replace the Prime's hand with Megatron's? It's an arm transplant, it comes with the hand built-in.
As for who the Prime is...I dunno. The red-and-gold color scheme reminds me of Rodimus, but he wasn't a Prime in this continuity.

Arcee knows the one shot she'd get off wouldn't be enough to even dent Megatron, but she's too emotionally drained from watching a third partner get vaporized in one shot by the same weapon she's got poking her right in the neck. And when has "Throw your life away for hopeless odds against Megatron" ever been Arcee's thing?

Death for pride, no. Sabotage for opportunity, particularly in the face of death, yes. She is a veteran: Losing 2 partners to a million year long war is only a big deal because they make it a big deal (as a score it's actually phenominally low for millennia).
If Smokescreen had a squad, he's lost them all as well (in his first battle). If he didn't, then all the other Elite Guard are as good as wasted upon creation if they've been getting deployed in ones.
They spotted Megz and she didn't even scramble herself and Smokescreen into flanking positions. She accompanied Smokescreen to overwatch him but didn't even direct him away from standing next to her in a doorway when the mere sight of Megatron immediately implies FUSION CANNON (regardless of the necessary later doublecheck to register only a sword)[there is no reason to suppose that the fusion cannon isn't stowed, replaced with a smaller stowable variant or being carted around by some Henchbots "just out of sight at the moment but certainly here somewhere" at first sight of Megz any day of the Millennium and in any continuity). She ordered the ground bridge and yet she maintained the co-ordinates of a sitting duck.
