I know that if I'm late to work multiple times and don't have what I need in order to do my job my boss doesnt like it all that much so I'm sure Vince didnt like sabu doing it.

A.) He's shown up hours late for shows-without his gear-a number of times without a good reason, the marijuana arrest, a scene he caused at the airport the day he was fired, backstage attitude, etc. He couldn't keep acting so unprofessionally and expect to keep his job.

B.) Because he didn't care anymore, didn't want to work there anymore, and now he doesn't. He's wanted out for quite a while.
