Have you got your stats listed as it says in the post?

"[link], [winners name], [losers name], [number of points scored]"

Any not formatted like that will get a kick up the ass, any still [i]not[/o] formatted like that will be ignored.

And if i'm annoyed i'll push to have you kicked out! And if Psychout's annoyed, well you don't want both of us agreeing, that tends to be a world ending thing.

Believe me people, you do not want this ^^ happening...

Gorebash vs Titanium Spork

Gorebash strode into the arena pit ignoring the clamouring of the crowd. Even with the war raging many mechanoids were able to make it to these events. He was not here for them.

His opponent marched in, a large green transformer with barrels and armour plates giving away his alt mode as a tank. A small, yellow symbol betrayed his faction. All swagger, the Predacon advanced to the centre of the pit.

“Ready for stasis lock? I mean, really, you shouldn’t have bothered coming in. You can forfeit now and save yourself some energon.”

“Really.” Gorebash said, adopting a stance balanced between offense and defense.

The Predacon was too slow, Gorebash thought. Gorebash feinted right and kicked out as the Predacon ducked the other way, a roundhouse kick impacting on the Predacons shoulder. The armour buckled and the Predacon reeled away, transforming. A barrage of shells exploded against Gorebash’s armoured skin, dirt and dust filling the air.

Gorebash laughed as the cloud cleared. Transforming into his own, dinosaur like, alt mode he charged, crashing straight into the Predacon tank and bull rushing it into the wall. As it hit Gorebash transformed again, a single jab to the Predacon’s chest sending him into stasis lock.

“Too easy.” Gorebash said as he left the pit. “Send better next time. This one wasn’t a challenge.”

The score part... Is it the XP/Energon score from the fight, or the points for the win/tie/shutout? People are doing either or... Seems kinda redundant either way.

At least that's what Psychout said in the pm. Yeah I don't see the sense in it either, it's his scoring system, blame him.

Thats perfect.

If you have a note on your scorecard saying you are doing it wrong, the you need to look at how you are recording your results.

These are 2 example of doing it near perfectly:

I'll get on it to putting the Commanders name in there.

Looks like i've dropped to 5-2 now...guess i got little cocky for a bit since i was on a roll, lol. Least i didn't pull a Patrick Roy catching the puck in my glove only to raise it in the air and have the puck fall out and go in my own net :lol:

...though if i lose again, i'm heading that way, haha.

Ive just had my 5th fight, and Im 4-1 so Im not doing too badly so far, getting the time to update my scorepost is proving to be hard work though. lol.

You dont have to as long as you write them out properly, but it does help.

Those are just the 2 best examples, but the clearer you can make them the better...

Just a heads up:

Due to an Arena-related bug that previously only Conjourous had a problem with, Electron has had to retire Rotorstorm from the game and so I have switched his XP over to Skram.

He will be resetting and re-arming to re-join again shortly.

If you have any issues entering the arena, please contact myself or Burn immediately.

Luckily i didn't pick that bot or i woulda had a problem hehe.

Doing poorly atm myself for scores i am 3-5, was 2-5 but just managed to beat Psychout, hopefully i am just unlucky and its not poor bot design.

Your bots not that different to mine and im 4-2.

Im 2 wins in 3 against you now... still 2 in 2 over Snappy though... :twisted:

The bonus about not getting into many matches is that you can remember who you defeated, but you seem the only other person in this thats on during our office hours :lol:

It's the arena, luck still has a lot to do with it. Given the variety of configurations I don't imagine there being one real configuration that's going to stand out, some will do better than others sure, but you've still got the RNG in play.
