Hulk and Hulkbuster 10th anniversary box set arrived this week. It's my first time with either version of the figure. I was immediately impressed by the size and quality of the figures.

Hulkbuster is all sorts of awesome, and the main reason I wanted this set. It's big and heavy and fits the bill for me, especially because I have no interest in dropping hundreds for the Figuarts version. I don't suppose there are upgrade kits for Marvel legends? It would be cool to have articulated hands.

Hulk was an added bonus for me, and it's a pretty good figure. It's a nice size, and I love the shade of green. But I'm not a fan of the leg articulation. Plus, the right leg is super loose on my figure. Even worse, initially the chest wouldn't move at all. After a little more effort, it finally moved. Turns out there was a spot on the back where the 2 pieces meet that was stuck (glue?). When I twisted it apart, it took off a piece of the green skin. Luckily for me they're going to send me a replacement.

Can't wait to match it with the Thanos set tomorrow.

Who will be sending you a replacement? Hasbro directly? Do you have to send your set back?

So I ordered this from Target through Google Express. They were supposed to send me a new one and gave me a $5 coupon code. I was able to keep the defective copy. Then my replacement was cancelled yesterday. Apparently it was out of stock when they went to fulfill it, even though it was still in stock online. So after speaking with a rep, they refunded me the original set. They gave me a $10 coupon code for in inconvenience. Then they gave me a $20 coupon code to help purchase a new one (I had a $17.50 discount when I placed original order. Oh, and you can't stack codes on Google Express.

Toys r us didn't die, they've just started cramming it into Game stop..
Finding Robotech toys there, I'll take it.
Rick Hunter and Max were the only ones they had. I picked up Rick.

I'd say they are pricey, but that's kinda the new thing, rite..

As expected, she look FANTASTIC with Aira. Now, what could possibly sit in that chair? A cute steampunkish robot would be ideal, but which one? I thought of TLK Cogman, but he's too small.

Got the MCU 10th anniversary Infinity War 3 pack. Basically got it for Thanos, which is a pretty good figure. Love how it scales with the Hulk figure from the anniversary pack. I do wish it came with a closed fist option. I remember seeing a video where the guy took the fist from the BAF version and it worked. Can someone confirm this works? Haven't taken out Iron Man or Dr. Strange. Have no interest in those so debating if I should sell those off.

The quality of these sets make we want more Marvel Legends, but I'm going to be good. Can't go down this rabbit hole.

I wanted that set, but its prices at 150$ in Canada. **** that. I do have the BAF thanos but he is missing one leg, the one that comes with spider-man (Iron spider) and I cant find that figure anywhere at a decent price. If you find the iron spider (with thanos' leg) at a walmart, target, walgreens for $20, please let me know!

BTW, I saw a whole bunch of SW Rogue One figures (standard ones) and Star Wars Infinity stuff at the Dollarama of Place Versailles. All 4$ each. Plus many Mega Construcs Ninja Turtles. Go there is ya want.

Even as a Dreamcast owner in the early 2000's, I skipped on Shenmue because #2 would never came. (Still have my Dreamcast BTW) Then #2 came, but for the X-Box only. Not having a X-Box, I skipped too. Knowing that #3 was a pipe dream, I never bothered with the series. #3 coming was like a running gag à-la Half Life 3.


But now... Now that #3 is not only confirmed but actually coming, plus that PC/PS4 compilation available right now is just here, I think it's finally time to embark on that journey. In due time, I'll get the digital copy. I no longer bother with physical anymore because the game MUST install itself anyway on the HDD and it take shelf space. Plus appart the box, there nothing to have more with physical games nowadays. Remember when games used to came with big and nicely illustrated instruction manuals? Pepperidge Farm remember.

Will, you collect at least all the Star Wars main characters from the Black series, or ALL the Black series figures? I bet Rose Tico was easy to find!
Too bad the Black vehicles are rare and way too big because of the scale though.


On my end, I got another doll from the Pullip family, Dal Charlotte! This little princess is cute as a button and she have that "noble bully" aura about her. Got her on sale from Groove USA.



She go especially well with Pullip Alice.



Am I suffering from Transformers fatigue? Maybe because I'll work the extra hours for my next target. Not for MP Dinobot, but for the Azone Kikipop K-Chan.

Well, it's a way to not have a bloated collection full of buyer remorse.
I'm now very selective with what I collect and even if it's on sale, if I "meh" at the thing, I won't buy it. Jeez, remember that "buy 2 get 1 free" TrU coupon? I managed to not even use it. :/

Actually, Throwbots is the US (and some other countries) name for Slizers.
