These are some awesome pics and I'm glad to see people enjoying their Unicron Trilogy toys.

We need pics of Cybertron Menasor fighting Combiner Wars Menasor.

D-Max, I'm pretty sure YOTS Omega Supreme was intended as a WFC/FOC OS stand-in, so..

Work proceeds apace on the touchup overhaul of my Cybertron Optimus Prime, just one more round of clear-coating and I can move on to the final set of parts to strip and re-repaint.

Still need to do more with my Armada Optimus, get those wires fixed and finish stripping him.

He's actually a funny story. Online, he is expensive it seems, not many listings for him. but my buddy sold him to be for the price of a 2014 deluxe, and he is worth so much more than that I can see paying $40ish for him and still feeling like I got a deal.

This is the type of cool stuff we need in the leader price points nowadays. The coolness factor here is high, and i must say it's much higher than that of Shockwave's 4 arms

I'd love to see more ingenuity like we did before. Going with G1, things seem very safe, but I'm craving crazy, like animated safeguard (which hopefully I can get on Tuesday) or RiD Megatron (need him to go with my newly acquired Prime and Magnus)

We desperately need another thing like animated Safeguard, that was so original to the brand and remains unique as the only toy to do that. I love them!

Also RiD Megs and Galvs are great. They are also really neat original ideas that turned out super cool.

Agreed, there's a lot more they could experiment with in terms of Combiners. Given the creativeness we saw in Cyberverse, we could get lucky with the next cartoon (that isn't WfC) or maybe in WfC part 3... I'd also love more integrated Combiners like the Beast Wars duo

I too want to see more like the Beast combiners, or even like the Armada/Energon Perceptor combiners with the 3 bots like that, and making them form different proportions of the combiner. It would be neat to see more 2/3 bot combiners like that!

They also really need to do an updated powerlinx style combination, so they can do both Energon and Crash Combiners justice.

The Armada Seeker mold is awesome and photogenic. I have Skywarp and Thundercracker on display next to each other and it looks beautiful

Yeah, I need to get a "Thundercracker" (actually Starscream with a new paint job in the show) I really like that shade of blue. Skywarp is also very pretty, but WTF is with the fin on his head?

It's to slightly differentiate his jet mode from Starscream and Thundercracker. Notice that he also swaps the canards for a pair of small guns.

And yeah, I know that the Thundercracker color scheme is Powerlinx Starscream in the show.

nice you included the Skyboom shield with him. Mine ended up with Cybertron Defense Hot Shot, I wanted to put him with Quickstrike but I could not get it to work in robot mode. his fist won't hold the handle.

Dark Saber went to Megatron. It looks really good on him

Nice! I know you've been looking for Downshift for a while. My Starscream is actually holding the repaint of the Skyboom shield. It was never in media unlike the Dark Saber, the Mini-cons just got a new release in different colors, like the Star Saber did. I do have the Skyboom shield and the Star Saber, but they're packed away right now. When they're out, they're wielded by Prime. I own Hotshot, and I know he technically wields the weapons in the show, but I never liked his character, so on my shelf he's relegated to basic grunt. :-D

Speaking of weapons, I still need the Requiem Blaster team.

At one point, I had the star Saber and sky boom shield with Transmetal Optimus Primal, requiem blaster with Armada Megs (as well as the Dark Saber) I can't remember who had the Energon Saber now :-?

Because it's serrated and gold, I always thought the Energon Saber went well with one of the larger Grimlock figures. Perhaps PoTP, since he didn't get weapons? Or even Volcanicus?

I actually had Volcanicus wielding the Star Saber before I made a custom sword for him, and I think I saw some people using the Energon Saber (I do not have that one). The Mini-Con swords are on the hefty side, so they make good weapons for the combiners.
