WFC Prime's smokestacks can rotate?! Literally just realised this after watching Vangelus's review.

Which is weird, considering I must have rotated them at some point to get him from vehicle to robot mode...

lol, this may sound really dumb but on armada redalert i realized after about 3 years of owning him that he has heels that flip out of his feet :oops:

also on energon/armada tidalwave i found after about 1 or 2 years of owning him he has a little storage bay on his arm for his minicon.

Not necessarily. I transformed him a few times without finding that until I looked at the instructions.

Not necessarily. I transformed him a few times without finding that until I looked at the instructions.

Depends on whether he was packaged in vehicle or 'bot mode (I can't remember.) Since I have him in 'bot mode right now with the smokestacks the right way round, which means if he was packaged in vehicle mode then I must have turned them around at some point! :BANG_HEAD:

Got Roadbuster today and quickly realised the wheels on his hips are on a hinge and can ben swiveled downwards, freeing the hips. Also joint behind the shoulders, the window parts. I don't know why though.... Anyone ideas?

EXCELLENT! I hadn't noticed the wheels on that guy. Nice, thanks. I just swing those window parts out a little in robot mode. I did mod those parts to fold out a little further, tho. In alt mode, I pop them out to make him look a little more half-transformed:

The thing about Movieverse toys is: bits move just for the sake of moving and breakup up the vehicle mode. Consider RotF Leader and Voyager Primes silver flaps over the windshields. They serve no real purpose by moving but are on ball joints.

Well, canonically they're supposed to angle (more V shaped) in bot mode. I thought they were sort of superfluous/an uneeded detail too though.

DOTM Voyager Megs has a joint in vehicle mode. The trailer can make a turn, I didn't see it in the manual or anywhere else.

They're getting somewhat lazy in the advertising department.

on dotm skyhammer the missile pods on his back in robot mode fit the mechtech ports on his forearms looks WAY better imo tham the actual gun he comes with much more symmetrical. by the way this guy is now my classics whirl dont know why besides the vehicle mode but he is.

You can really beef up Cyberverse Ironhide by clipping the Optimus jetwing assembly to him and attaching those guns to the sides of his doors. The cannon will also attach to the jetwing. Prime just lost his ability to fly. I'm really impressed with this toy.

ROTF skywarp has a little plastic piece you can fold away to make him not fire his "gattling missiles"

also the triange shaped gray piece on the side of his launchers folds out and can store his missiles

yeah sentinel has a ledgends clip sytem slip on his laddder hose thing.
but you cant make anything convincing with it...

I just figured this out, when you have ha icepick in his chainsaw mode it can be held under hand like a real chainsaw. All you have to do is just flip the chainsaw so that the mechtech peg is pointing up. Then put it in a robots hand that is open and has mechtech holders in its hands. I would post a pic but lost my camera.
