I took bionicle parts and glue them to the heels, unsightly in vehicle mode, but you can take them off. But the extra weight and additional surface area radically improves the figure.

Well this is a bit obvious but you can leave the small sword on RID Drift's leg pointing down as an alternative storage point.
Also on Generations Drift (or his various repaints/remoulds) the sword of long gun or indeed both can slot behind the wings to be scabbarded there instead of on his back ideal for the versions of the mould that come with a sword and a gun.
One of the handiest tricks always worth a mention is the Generations Legends Rodimus (and repaints) the axe can be used as a gun by using the longslot on his inner forearm - it even works with the overscale KO's too.

I combined Armada Optimus, Jetfire, Overload AND Optimus's trailer today. The combination is made possible by using the connection ports in Overload's legs to connect Jetfire to the top of his shoulder cannon mode.I propped his legs back like thrusters, and brought his arms out to hold both Jetfire's gun, and the Requiem Blaster. With the shoulder cannons, added guns from Jetfire, and Optimus holding Overload's minicon and his own gun, that's 6 guns in total, not including Jetfire's wing missles, which are propped up as well.

Wow. I just realized today that my WFC/Generations Cybertronian Megatron has the ability to tab in and stay securely together on the tank mode so none of the parts are loose or anything jumbled. Talking about me being slow to the party on this one. I've had the figure for a decent amount of time already and did not realize even though I transformed him back and forth multiple times at this point.

What dirty room? Looks better than what you're likely to find at my house!

Just realised that FOC Soundwave's tape deck door has a hinge in the middle, seperate from the one that makes the entire thing swivel up, that allows the "teeth" on the door to get pushed outward a little.

Thought I'd Mention that Warrior Class Power Surge Optimus Prime's Back cannon can combine with his sword and said cannons stores under the truck mode (since they didn't both to mention any of that in the instructions) the tiny picture also make it easy to miss that his axe stores on his leg too.

I know that, "I never realized that before!" isn't quite the right thing to say with a toy I've owned less than a week, but this morning I made a nifty little find on Titans Return Fort Max that I thought I'd share.
Want to have his leg cannons angled up in city or battlestation mode, but is gravity overpowering the friction in the joint that the cannons swing up on? Flip down the handle on the bottom of the cannons that is there so Fort Max can hold them in his hands. Bingo! The guns are now propped up on something and will no longer slowly sag back down flat.

This is no joke. I used Thunderhoof's rake to comb my toddler's hair after a bath once since I couldn't find his actual comb. It worked perfectly fine. I had him in tractor mode which made him easy to grip.

You can slide TR Hardhead's big cannon horizontally, meaning you can have it mounted on his shoulder but not have it too close to his head.

The new Wheelie looks pretty bad from the back in car mode, but if instead of pushing through his head like the instructions show, you just turn it around so the face doesn't show, his head becomes some sort of turbine or rocket jet like you'd find on the 60's Batmobile.

Scattershot can become a turret for Fortress Maximus. I originally posted this to the awesome pics and poses thread, so sorry if I'm overposting or you've already seen it. Figured it belongs here more than other threads though.
A few tips for added stability if you want to try it. Rock the knee joint back, and have the fists tilted down so they touch the extended leg panels. If aligned properly it'll feel like Scattershot clicks into place on Fort Max.

Awesome creativity (and reversing the legs makes it even more mecha like) but I don't like how the headmaster's legs stick out at the bottom of the cockpit.
