Just for the fun of it, PiCs oR iT dIdnT HapPeN! LOL!
Hehe, seriously, I don't see what you mean, if you can't think of any particular cases then your point is a weak one.
Of course SOMETHING influenced them, you'd be surprised just how few ideas are genuinely 100% original. Everything comes from past experience. You could say the TF's faces were influenced by human heads, because they are, noses in nose place, eyes in eye place, etc. But thats a given.

ALIEN!
Gratest American film monster, designed by guy, ARTist I mean artist from Switzerland.
Influences;
Humanoid: two legs, two arms, mouth
Insectoid: senses, posture, mouth, Queen & "worker" relationship
Parasite: breeding
Other than that granted, it's quite original ^^ but not truly.

But it's still the original Technorganic creature

Never seen the film(s) so I didn't even know it was technorganic.
And not so. Androids, humanoid robots with organic "fleshy" mechanics, were thought up loooong before the "Alien" films.

Claremont has said they were inspired by the xenomorphs of the 1979 movie Alien but, interestingly, the Brood appeared before the xenomorph’s hive society was introduced in the sequel Aliens.

I think you got that a little backwards, Aliens came out in 79 and the giger image before that. The Brood didnt come out until 82Claremont has said they were inspired by the xenomorphs of the 1979 movie Alien but, interestingly, the Brood appeared before the xenomorph’s hive society was introduced in the sequel Aliens.
Rushie wrote:The Brood were indeed based on the pre-existing Alien, but they did influence the Aliens sequel with their hive hierarchy.

We don't know that the brood is what influenced the alien movies, but we do know that the concept appeared in the brood before aliens. Who knows is Jim cameron got the idea from the comics or not.

I would say not, cos a deleted scean from ALIEN shows that the Alien did indeed try to breed similar as in ALIENS.
