Exactly. I didn't think this design had been that well received to warrant a 3P "Masterpiece" iteration?

For 60$US I wonder if it's MP scale or normal scale? Hard to tell with only 5.9" to go for.

Weird because the different styles may clash.

Since then BBTS only rarely puts 3P figures on their front page and they're rewarded with exclusives that other sites with 3P figures plastered all over the front page like TFSource don't have access to.
Meanwhile they're sending review kits to (such people) so they clearly remain in Hasbro's good graces.
Read it, nothing on there convinces me they're A-OK. Saying "not clearly illegal" means they're not clearly legal either. "They may still be illegal under trademark laws if they confuse consumers" isn't a great argument in their favor either...

Hasbro doesn't seem to be blacklisting those other sites now (if they ever were). TFW2005 regularly reports on such items, if I recall, and it's arguably the most popular/largest TF related site in the western world. It's also enjoyed a close relationship with (now ex) Hasbro staff, such as Aaron Archer, I believe and has always featured official news, usually before Seibertron or exclusively to itself (with no coverage by Seibertron).

From what I've read, that person was invited to an event, alongside many other YouTubers/"influencers" by mistake/as an oversight. If they have received official promotional materials by Hasbro, then they need to declare this as such in their YouTube videos (it's clearly stated at YouTube). This is something such people have consistently not done and it's the main problem with these types YouTubers; Either they're receiving potentially stolen goods and reviewing them at YouTube for (advertising) profit, or they're receiving officially supplied materials from Hasbro and not declaring their videos as "sponsored content" or similar, which is a breach of YouTube's terms and conditions.

Thank you for visiting. I'm sorry you couldn't see/agree with/fully appreciate the facts or opinions presented there. Unfortunately, that is the case with most trademark and related laws, in that they are "innocent until proven guilty".
You might personally feel that they're "bad", but legally, they're still legitimate products for sale. They're no more "bad" or "illegal" than the store-branded versions of leading branded goods in similar packaging ( such as Walmart, Kirkland, Target, etc), high-street copies of catwalk designer clothes, generic versions of branded medicines or products by mainstream technology companies that have been sued for IP infringement/theft. Until they're proven "illegal", they are, in fact "legal", whether you like that or not.
When new drugs are first made they have drug patents. Most drug patents are protected for 17 years. The patent protects the company that made the drug first. The patent doesn’t allow anyone else to make and sell the drug. When the patent expires, other drug companies can start selling the generic version of the drug. But, first, they must test the drug and the FDA must approve it.
