Three New Transformers: The Movie Ript Apparel T-Shirts Available Now

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Transformers film (of which we have done as well in this article), Ript Apparel has released three new Transformers themed t-shirt designs. These are available for a limited time and will be gone in about 14 hours (from the time this article is published). You can see the t-shorts at this link or click on any of the images below. As usual, these shirts revolve around puns and cross references, like the Tron/Unicron shirt and a Transformers themed old school cereal box design featuring the Quintessons.

I just like that Grimlock is drawn with toy-accuracy which I always preferred to his goofy animation model.
I have anxiety, depression and aspergers syndrome so my behaviour can be erratic. I don't mean offense to anyone. Just very picky about my Transformers collecting. You're all cool! 
Likes: Bayverse, Marvel UK G1, Geoff Senior art, '86 movie (more for style/soundtrack rather than Star Wars plot)
Dislikes: Bumblebee movie (lousy rehashed dumb crud), TFA, G1 cartoon, IDW G1, BW/BM, MP. The entire concept of Autobot Megatron

I showed a buddy of mine and he knows a lot about them and told me their name says it all. their model is they make a shirt, take it down in 48 hours so they avoid cease and desists orders.

I would say that the daily sale cycle is done in such a way as to get the utmost efficiency out of the screen print process and maximize the potential sales within a 24 hour period and then pay the artist who made it a large commission on their unique work, more so than to avoid any sort of infringement problems. These designs are all parodies of various source material and gives people an alternative way to share their love for their fandom. But that's just me /kermit

I ordered the Quintess-O's shirt last night, and I was able to snag the "Visit Unicron" and "Believe in the Cosmos" shirts from their store a week or so ago. The Unicron one is fantastic, and I've gotten several remarks about it when I went comics shopping.

Terms like "parody", "satire", and "fair use" come to mind, actually. Ever heard of Big Dog? Saw this in my email earlier as well. All three are great, not a bad one in the group.
I don't know what surprises me more about that "My Mechanical Romance" t-shirt: that there's an IDW fan submitting designs to Ript (most of the TF shirts tend to be cartoon based), or that someone at Ript got the reference enough to promote the design.
