Fiance and I made a meatcrust pizza today.
What this is is basically a giant ass pizza burger. You take a pound of hamburg and a pound of italian sausage with 2 eggs and some spices of your choice, press it out on a sheet with a lip and bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
After you cook the "crust" you add the rest of the stuff you normally would a pizza, and then broil it for 5-6 minutes, or until toppings are properly done. eat as you would a regular pizza.
It is healthier, and it is very very delicious.
