Ended up a long way from home today.
Long story short, had dinner at a hotel, the Chef popped out a couple of times to actually talk to customers, one time he came out and asked if anyone had finished eating, which we had, he'd brought a dessert out he'd whipped up because he "was bored" and gave it to us to try.
I liked him, friendly bloke, gives away desserts.
