Yup thats right what are the top 5 shooter games on your list. This can date back from old school to current from system to PC.
1.) Goldeneye 64
2.) Halo (Series)
3.) Call of Duty (Series)
4.) Perfect Dark 64
5.) Unreal Tournament 2004
Goldeneye will always be my #1 shooter just because of the good times it provided back in its day. It provided hours upon hours of non stop entertainment, and earning the cheat codes just made the game so much funner.... Slow motion with big heads and one shot kill, let the good times roll!
The Halo series was jsut ground breaking in itself and also provided hours of gameplay with a entising storyline. It was new and so very different, a ground breaking achivement and perhaps greatest launch title ever. Halo 2 broke grounds with its online multiplayer capability. Therefor it gets my #2 spot.
Call of Duty is just a great game that takes you back to the triumph and horror of WW2. It has a lot of history in the game and it lets you relive and be apart of history. The COD games are among my favorites and therefor it gets my #3 (big fan of WW2 games BTW)
Perfect Dark was a game that was just like Goldeneye but more futuristic. The weapons and storyline was very exciting and the game was long, there was so much to do with it. THerefor it gets the #4 spot.
Finishing up last on my top 5 list would be Unreal Tournament 2004 (and the whole series to be frank). This game is so fast passed and when you add the modifications and mroe bots it gets even faster. I recall countless fun filled hours of going against hard bots (to the max limit) on full res and hyper weapon mode. The added game play modes in 2004 were also quite enviteing like vechicles.
