i might go to target on saturday and there is a kohls next to it so if there arent any transformers at target i can go to kohls so i was wondering if they had any tranformers there cuz people said there were. the target and kohls im talking about is in silver spring,maryland

Yeah, they do sell deluxe movie transformers, thats the only kind they carry. I got my 74 bumblebee from Kohls.

Other then a rare bumblebee, you'll see common brawls bonecrushers and scorponocks...

I picked up Arcee there last night and they had a Scorponok as well. But like everywhere else it was pretty picked over.

My gf's mom works for Kohls, and I stopped in to see her today, and she sent me to the transformers section. They had a couple Wreckages, a Barricade, and a couple Jazz. Selection isn't great, and they only put them on the endcap of one of the toy isles. Nothing fancy, but at this point better then Walmart a half mile away.
