In case you didn't know, RK has the set named PB-01 Pandora's Box for basically $140USD (shipping not included). To me, that price is just too high. If you agree, please post on their facebook page and let them know. This is their first offering and they are already pricing their product to be too high.

Wow! I wonder how many people pre-ordered that at BBTS without any info besides that one picture. who knows maybe it'll be the definitive Ultra Magnus for Classics. But the price of this is downright insane. Maybe they saw what Maketoys Charged for their Limited Crystal City Chronicles upgrade set and wanted to one up them... in price!!

To be fair regarding the price, we still don't know the actual dimensions yet and we haven't seen any comparison shots of the upgraded figure next to established characters like City Commander or Battle Tanker. Also, unknown how many extra pieces are included (we did see a roller, didn't we).

Otherwise, I'm not willing to pay either RK or BBTS prices for this. Move it down under $100 and let's get some product samples/reviews out before I even give it any more thought.

I don't know how much weight people will have by posting to say they will not buy at the current price point, but if this thing doesn't do well enough at the pre-order level we might see some decreasing in price. From my perspective, there's simply too many projects coming out soon that I'm more interested in that I'd rather invest my money in. Companies need to make money, but consumers need to purchase at levels they are comfortable at. Best of luck to this new brand, but I'll be sitting out for the foreseeable future.
