Not that I can recall? I mean as Jelze mentioned, screws and pins have to be accessible from at least
one side otherwise they wouldn't be able to actually be assembled; though my Topspin did come out of the box with this little mess over his shoulder pins:

But aside from that (and I probably only remember this one since it was literally less than a week ago), I can't think of any other incidents with troublesome flash or anything of the sort. I'm sure it's happened though, and it just hasn't left enough of an impact on me to recall it later. But hey, that's what pocket-knives are for!

Yeah, and then the sticker covering the nearby hole that one of his Titanmaster pegs is supposed to sit into in robot mode, meaning you have to
actually wreck your toy's stickers (if only partially) to transform him all the way. Man, that toy just has an all-round aura of not being properly thought-through...
