Grimlock- no voice at all- he lost the ability to Transform into a dinosaur during the war, and doesn't wanna talk about it.
Soundwave will turn into a 2010 Camaro. The tapebots were already covered in the first film to Bay's liking (what isn't there to like about Frenzy?) so they won't be seen here. His head will be remolded to look like an exploded piece of shrapnel- to better suit him being ...

Good. You haven't even seen the first one and you're already bashing the second? At least SEE THE FIRST ONE before bashing the sequel!
