in a rumored plot, hound was actually in the movie. I would love to see that big ass truck as hound. that would be great.

This has to be most of TF Prime's cast.

OP, Bee, Bulkhead, and Ratchet. It's obvious. The supposed other two characters make a good addition to the cast. Hopefully they look awesome like we want them to!

I used to not like Bulkhead when he was introduced in animated. I felt like he replaced Ironhide.

But now I really like Bulkhead so I'm cool with that! I hope he has his trademark giant chin too!

How is it sexist when a female character dies? Characters, usually male, die more often. If anything it's more sexist toward men. :-?

Also most Transformers characters going back to G1 are walking stereotypes by your logic. I guess Bumblebee is a stereotype for mute people?

Before Prime, that was the majority (later half) of the main Autobots in Animated.

I used to not like Bulkhead when he was introduced in animated. I felt like he replaced Ironhide.

I like Prime's new alt mode, but I don't like those smokestacks. They remind me of Garfield's whiskers.

I'm guessing the big green truck is Hound, but it'll probably get changed to Bulkhead or something else. Overall it looks like they're taking a lot of inspiration from Prime. That desert even looks like the one where their base is located

I dunno. Optimus and Bumblebee are unquestionably confirmed, but as for the military vehicle and emergency vehicle, it's anyone's guess.

I'm with you on it being possibly Bulkhead, but I won't say definitely. I'd also like to suggest Overload as a possible name along with Hound and Brawn.

The emergency vehicle could be Ratchet, but it just doesn't seem like that to me. Prowl or First Aid seem plausible.

I know about animated. I just said Prime because that's the ongoing show at the moment.

I felt like Bulkhead replaced Ironhide because I always associated him being tough. Hence his name.

Wasn't he also one of his close comrades in G1? I usually compare with that because I just love the original cast. I finished all of G1 a couple of months ago.

When I have time I'll get more into the continued Japanese version. Still have no idea why those series never made it to the states. :HEADHURTS:

I remember in one episode Ironhide shot up inside the Ark because someone was flying around (Laserbeak or Swoop?) and I remember thinking "Damn Ironhide you just f***ed up."

So I guess you could say he was dimwitted and clumsy. :lol:

I read some yammer earlier and Grimlock was mentioned. Although that truck wold be better as a Bulkhead by all means but the colouring suggests it could be Grimlock. It would be faaaaar more interesting as a character to be Grimmy than Bulkhead (not like character development is Bays strong point) but with that being said.....an Autobot tough guy needs to be introduced into this film either way.

OK...I have said it once, I will say it again... Things change WAY TOO MUCH for everyone to get an uproar over things we don't even know yet...

First, I am sure we all remember Brawl=Devestator, Wheeljack=Que, Mirage=Dino ... I remember there were a few more, but you get the point. Very few things beyond OP and BB have been confirmed by Bay and co. anyways.

Second, who and when did anyone mention the rusty truck being Grimlock?? If the Dinobots aren't Dinos then scrap them...IF they are in the movie.

Lastly, back to the Rusty Truck...lest my eyes deceive me, it has a faction symbol on the front of it, BUT the resolution isn't there to zoom in effectively... IF I am not imagining things lol.

In the end, I REFUSE to get caught up in all the hub-bub...I will sit back and enjoy the pics, have fun guessing and speculating but NOT having a heart attack and getting bent out of shape quite yet.

(Unknown, Drift) - Black & Blue Bugatti Grand Sport Vitesse
(Unknown, Slingshot) - Green & Black Corvette C7 Stingray Concept
(Unknown, Ratchet, Prowl) - Unspecified Emergency vehicle
(Unknown, Grimlock, Hound, Bulkhead) - Military Truck
(Unknown, Slug, Kup) - Flat-nose rusty truck cab

So that's 7 rumoured autobot vehicles, im hoping for a few more, as there was a bigger cast in DOTM. If those two big trucks are dinobots, I hope we see Swoop as well.

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!! I really really hope that military vehicle is Bulkhead. There is still a sting from Ironhide's demise but to have a REAL wrecker in the Autobot crew would be great. I love Bulkhead and I agree with the other posting that hoped he has that huge unmistakable chin to boot! So it looks like we hopefully have Prime, Bulkhead, Ratchet, Slingshot/Tracks??, Bee, and double fingers crossed Blurr instead of Drift in the line up. I will keep my toy expectations low but character movie look extremely high!!! :grin:

I'm willing to bet in the initial meetings (05',06') or whenever Bay went to Hasbro to look at source material before the first movie, he saw the flames on Hot Rod, liked it, and just haaaaad to have them on Optimus. Good job Hasbro!! The flames in the old movie design for Prime were ok, but don't seem to work well in the new design. Ugly.

Love Bee's new alt mode and don't understand how some are claiming that its a "Downgrade". he's not rusty and worn out. He's a modified clean 67' Camaro. That is anything but a downgrade.

I have a feeling that Grimlock might in fact be a dinobot or.....

Maybe the rusty flat nosed truck will be Prime in a later alt mode. There's no law that you have to film everything in sequence. Maybe there filming a middle or end scene. Maybe Bee is the 67' at a later time and Optimus goes deep undercover as a rusty flat nosed Peterbuilt. Man i love speculating!

I agree. Plus, it could be the same reason that Prime Bumblebee changed his deco: to throw off Decepticons that are searching for him.

Thanks to MichaelBay.com, we now know that the name "Hound" has been assigned to the large green truck shown in this week's set photos from the filming of Transformers 4. Unfortunately, this is not Bulkhead as many fans had hoped or assumed.
