Back when certain fans were invited to the filming site, Ben Yee described Scourge's robot mode as resembling a cross between Cybertron Scourge and Prime Predaking, but also with smokestacks.

So, will he be a triple-changer? Truck->Bot->Dragon?
If it is, this would be EPIC! Especially if they manage to successfully recreate him in toy form. Most likely as a Studio Series leader.

Unless it's just a dragon-like robot mode.

Or maybe... This just hit me! Maybe me has no true robot mode. Maybe he's literally a truck-to-dragon vehicle-to-beast former, with his dragon mode being his animalistic robot mode, kinda like Sky Lynx only without splitting in half (so like CW Sky Lynx without a torso mode).

No doubt, the movies DID bring in fans, I have NEVER argued differently. However, it has also pushed a large number of fans away.. the very same fans that have a large amount of disposable income, when compared to a much younger fan

I'm willing to bet, and the toy sales clearly show it too, that a significantly higher number of fans came in thanks to movies than left. And if they left, they were gone for a decade already, having gone to sleep around 1992, woke up at movie news, saw it, hated it, and then went back to sleep for hopefully 15 more years. New far outweighed old, and if the continuously running classics/generations line, and WFC sales are an indicator, they are still there too.

Prequels were awesome, and after the sequels came out, they were appreciated a hell of a lot more, especially with Clone Wars. Those were good.

The irony of the intelligence comment too, when you were literally, very quickly, and decisively proven wrong.

Movies sell. Movies have their fans. I am excited for this one, and I am excited for this one as i have been for the previous 6. I have enjoyed them all to some extent, and Dark of the Moon remains the best TF movie, period.

And Scourge remains the most anticipated thing from what we know about this movie already right now.

I'm almost certain you guys are setting yourselves up for disappointment. The comparisons to the beast scourge were only in robot mode. The only info out there is that he is a truck. The terrorcons are all vehicles so far.

I’m trying to stay excited for this film because I love Beast Wars, and I felt that Bumblebee was a huge step in the right direction. That said, the more details I hear about this movie the more skeptical I become

From what I've been able to gather, the Decepticons are very likely only in a small role in the film, my out of the blue guess based off of Nightbird being a Decepticon defector turned Terrocon, she's with a group that gets wiped out except her due to switching sides.

That's only my prediction though based on the hinted smaller presence Decepticons have here.

I'm also thinking that the Predacons are likely not main antagonists either and are only in conflict with the Maximals.

Yeah, both the Deceoticons and Predacons are bound to have smaller roles since they didn't even name a single one if those when going through the main players in the film.

The movie is called "RISE of the Beasts", meaning this may be just the beginning of a new ark of movies. For those we may see more and . Hell, this may be a wild speculation, but the sequel could be pure VS with no sign of any nor ... Except Bumblebee, of course... Bumblebee who will have a new bee altmode!
