2. G2 Decepticons (Cybertronians)*
3. Unicron/Unicronians*
4. Vehicons
5. Flame and his zombie army
6. Demons
7. The Swarm (prior to contact with the Matrix)
* Jhiaxus falls under the G2 Decepticon empire.
* The Fallen is aligned with Unicron, eventhough he isn't of Unicronian origin.
