There is plenty of artistic license taken in those box art portraits, though it's obvious they're supposed to be their G1 selves. I think it's just as plausible that the artist had to move the position of the shoulder cannon because the art direction called for a shot of Mirage looking over his right shoulder. It was either flip the cannon back or mirror it to the left shoulder so as not to block his face.
It's entirely possible, but seeing as how Hasbro considers the Siege version his Cybertronian form and the Earthrise figure his Earth form and they've only used that mold one time, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be the Earthrise mold.

The same side of the box shows what looks to me like a Cyberverse Optimus Prime on the bottom panel, so this packaging is likely the new Buzzworthy packaging for 2022. All of the 2021 releases used the same packaging across Cyberverse, Studio Series and the oddballs like Origins, Worlds Collide.
That looks like G1 Optimus to me. It's blurry, but it wouldn't surprise me if they do a more cartoon accurate Earthrise Prime with trailer, similar to the 35th anniversary Siege figure, but without the cartoon shading.
So even if a G1 Mirage, G1 Arcee and Cyberverse Optimus are coming, that doesn't Mean Mirage would be SS86, he could be some other release. G1 Arcee would make sense since we already know she is coming in SS86 and Cyberverse Prime would be a presumed Cyberverse release of some sort.
I was trying to come up with a possible different version of Mirage that it could be, but really the only Mirage that looks like G1 Mirage is G1 Mirage. It's not like he's in Cyberverse or anything and other Mirages are in different colors entirely or have different heads.
But, them being on the package alone isn't a guarantee they are coming. There were 4 different depictions of Bee on the first packaging and I can only account for one of them, the clearly G1 head from either Origins or Worlds Collide. One of the Bees looks a lot like T-30 Bee who did not come. I'm not familiar with Cybeverse, but assume that is covered somewhere and the 4th Bee on the bottom of the side looks to be some type of golden statue. The point is, the first packaging appears to be a collage of Bees and not all of them came in toy form.
The first one at the top and the big portrait is Authentics Bee, the second one is G1 cartoon Bee (technically fully represented by the Origins figure since he had the same bot mode everywhere), the third is his Marvel comics appearance. I don't think the point of the packaging for the first series was to represent toys coming, just different versions of the Bumblebee since with a line named "Buzzworthy Bumblebee" it was probably intended to be just figures of him before it morphed into a line of repaints for Target. Unlike the first series it doesn't make sense to put characters on the package of the second series that aren't Bumblebee and not released as figures.
What appears to be the case so far is that the first Deluxe wave will be 3 figures, SS-70 B-127, SS86-02 Kup and SS86-13 Cliff. I wonder what the breakdown will be, or if there is a 4th Figure that has been hidden in the photos and sightings so far.
Pretty sure three is it for what it seems people are calling assortment 2. Assortment 3 will probably be Arcee, Mirage, and another movie figure.
