TLDR, for me this new CJ trades relatively-minor (and relatively easy to amend) cosmetic problems... for a major cosmetic problem that's hard to amend.

Keeping Target stocked with Transformers directly increases Hasbro’s sales and makes them money. So, yes, Hasbro is in it for money, and the Buzzworthy Bumblebee line keeps that cash flowing. It really simple. You’re comparing two different things. One is the means to the other.
My point is the bottom line.
Which is Hastak making money.
Sure, the steps of this process can be discussed and examined.
My posts have been in response to something pretty specific, so I wouldn't say that was me comparing anything. I was explaining my stance.
And I don't have any issues at all with the Buzzworthy line.
I'm not buying much from it, but I'm more than okay with that.
Same goes for Cyberverse, only I'm not buying any of those figures.

Because it's the Internet.
Debating pointless things is mandatory.

I may add that complaining that a corporation "just want to make money" is very idiotic, completely stupid, and brain dead.

You might be going overboard with that one, veering into insults i.e. 'stupid' 'idiotic' 'brain dead.'
I know we don't all agree (collectively), but we usually are at least civil. I'm sure there are other boards where people don't even attempt it, but I wouldn't know 'cuz this is the only place I post.

It's Mirage, weird. Wonder if he'll be SS86?

Doesn't make much sense if he's not. Kudos on the discovery.

There is plenty of artistic license taken in those box art portraits, though it's obvious they're supposed to be their G1 selves. I think it's just as plausible that the artist had to move the position of the shoulder cannon because the art direction called for a shot of Mirage looking over his right shoulder. It was either flip the cannon back or mirror it to the left shoulder so as not to block his face.
TF-fan kev777 wrote:It is too early to assume Mirage would be in SS86 at all. The same side of the box shows what looks to me like a Cyberverse Optimus Prime on the bottom panel, so this packaging is likely the new Buzzworthy packaging for 2022. All of the 2021 releases used the same packaging across Cyberverse, Studio Series and the oddballs like Origins, Worlds Collide.
So even if a G1 Mirage, G1 Arcee and Cyberverse Optimus are coming, that doesn't Mean Mirage would be SS86, he could be some other release. G1 Arcee would make sense since we already know she is coming in SS86 and Cyberverse Prime would be a presumed Cyberverse release of some sort.
But, them being on the package alone isn't a guarantee they are coming. There were 4 different depictions of Bee on the first packaging and I can only account for one of them, the clearly G1 head from either Origins or Worlds Collide. One of the Bees looks a lot like T-30 Bee who did not come. I'm not familiar with Cybeverse, but assume that is covered somewhere and the 4th Bee on the bottom of the side looks to be some type of golden statue. The point is, the first packaging appears to be a collage of Bees and not all of them came in toy form.
What appears to be the case so far is that the first Deluxe wave will be 3 figures, SS-70 B-127, SS86-02 Kup and SS86-13 Cliff. I wonder what the breakdown will be, or if there is a 4th Figure that has been hidden in the photos and sightings so far.
Wolfman Jake wrote:I thought I had read somewhere that the new wave of Buzzworthy Bumblebee Deluxe Class figures (with Cliffjumper and Kup) was “street dated” for 12/30/21. I’ve been checking my local Targets since, but no luck. Some of the stores seemed to get another round of the Origins Bumblebee case instead!

I haven't even heard a rumored release date until you said this, I wasn't expecting these until at least February

Oh, I could very well have my wires crossed on that.
Also, checked three Targets on the way home tonight. Still nothing new, except more restock of Origins Bee.

At least that fantastic figure is plentiful
