Only if you want her to be. The club's bio states that Nacelle's a he, but those are clearly lies and slander against Counterpunch's awesome bio for those of us who wanted Nacelle to be a she.

I have to say it: Nacelle's kind of a feminine-sounding name.

- So members receive a free figure if they sign up by a certain date, is there a specific window to sign up to receive the free figure?
- When it comes to the subscription service, do you have to order all the figures in the service, or can I pick and choose? Needlenose and Windsweeper look cool, but less interested in Bludgeon.

Sabrblade wrote:Additionally, signing up for the Club itself and signing up for the Subscription Service are two separate payments. Signing up for the Club gets you the free figure, which must be done before the March 16th of the year that each free figure is released. For instance, to get this year's Lio Convoy figure, you had to have signed up before March 16, 2015, but to get next year's Ramjet figure, you have to sign up before March 16, 2016.
As for the Subscription Service, you have two payment options. Either pay the full installment of all six figures (plus the mystery 7th figure) at the beginning (which is usually in late Summer/early Fall), or pay three installments throughout the year per every two figures' releases (the 7th figure is a free bonus, but only available to those who subscribe), with the first installing being the same time as the full installment (the Club will send out emails throughout the year letting people know when the second and third installments will be due). As the Club likes to surprise its members, there is no telling what order each figure will be released in, so if your just wanting Windsweeper and Needlenose, then you're better off getting all of them and selling off the ones you don't want since the figures' identities are only publicly made known when the figures arrive at each person's homes and said person posts about the figure's identity online.
I think it refers to how fast you want to receive your items in the mail. Like, first class shipping has a higher degree of priority than third class shipping, so you pay more for the mail to come sooner.jogunwarrior wrote:Other than about $23.00, what is the difference between 1st class membership and 3rd class membership? Is it just how the figures are mailed? And can anyone comment as to whether or not that difference is worth the extra price tag?

Cost difference is just the postage difference. USPS themselves uses the term "Standard Mail" now rather than "3rd Class", but it's the same thing. Standard mail is a lot less expensive than first class when dealing with a mini-magazine, hence the lower cost.jogunwarrior wrote:Other than about $23.00, what is the difference between 1st class membership and 3rd class membership? Counterpunch wrote:Just wanted to put it out there that the Club was great about fixing my broken Nacelle figure.
They are doing part replacement now too, so you don't have to ship a whole figure back if just a portion is damaged and can be removed. That's quite helpful and a welcome change!

We're praying premium dollars for a premium product. Premium QC (or even standard QC) ought to come with it.
That's not how the paint apps were in the original mock up from the Club:Flux Convoy wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Minor correction of the misassembly comment: Though the rear wings are indeed swapped, the paint apps on there are NOT upside-down. The paint apps ARE incorrect if you swap them to be assembled correctly. https://www.facebook.com/TheSpacebridge ... cation=ufi
