Actually it's not Lugnut. Similar look, new character
There were some reservations about changing Lugnut so instead we were allowed to invent a new character who is pretty awesome
Honestly, it's because we loved the look of Lugnut. The character is new for Cyberverse but does have a friendship with Lockdown
Character has a great name, but we want to let it come out when she premieres

Can we just get a new Beast Wars show already? Yeah, it won't be as good as the original but I'd just want to see something other than GEEWUN being rehashed for a change. It's what, 20 years old and more now? Surely it is old enough to not only milky my generation but also to be new and fresh to the kids (and store shelves). Just going to have to deal with BW Megatron being fluffy and fuzzy now.

I think Dinobot would be the one you should be more concerned with! He will find feathers suitably unfitting a Warriors honor!

so i rewatched the trailer and the bot i think you think is blurr is actually just another generic autobot with the same color scheme as blurr, and bumblebee talking could happene because of ratchet or something around those line

In CYBERVERSE: POWER OF THE SPARK, the AUTOBOTS are closer than ever to finding the ALLSPARK, but completing their quest will be tougher than they could have imagined. They’ll face new enemies and be challenged by Earth’s roughest terrain, and along the way they’ll discover that, when near the ALLSPARK, they are imbued with incredible new powers.
Using one of these mysterious new abilities, the AUTOBOTS will convert Earth vehicles into Spark Armor: the battle-ready gear they need to defeat the DECEPTICONS and continue their mission. They’ll convert boats into mech suits to battle Sharkticons in the water. They’ll change planes into jetpacks to take on the Seeker Squadron in the sky. Any Earth vehicle is a chance to instantly level the playing field, turn the tables, and win the day. With the power of the spark in their circuits, the AUTOBOTS will complete their mission on Earth and begin the perilous journey back home, where that same power holds the key to returning life to their planet.
