So this is the first non-render look at this wave, notable differences from the renders are:
-The previously mentioned red eyes on Soundwave
-Prime only has one Autobadge and does have the stripes on the arms, looks to have more muted colors to the regular release, still has blue eyes and hands, can't really tell if the battle damage the render has is there or not or what color his thighs are because Elita's stupid camping equipment is in the way
-Impactor's pea soup legs
-Red Alert does in fact have the same head and the same colored arms as the original retail version, so his only difference is battle damage
-Bee has a yellow nose?
-Wheeljack, like a few of the other Netflix guys that is point, isn't actually white plastic, but is grey plastic with varying levels of white paint to aid the battle damaged/smoky white effect

blackeyedprime wrote:Camera light is bad in that photo plus red alert and bee have the great big T numbers on their torsos so it's still too early to know from that photo what the end figures will look like.

So far the only Takara photos of this nature that were incorrect was the pink Alicon, and they made a big deal out of that when it was fixed, so it's more likely than not that these are the right colors and the released figures will look like these minus the T numbers.

Agreed, though I think Bumblebee's yellow nose is probably a mistake.

How can one even see his visor from that angle?Nemesis Primal wrote:...also wait a minute, we already knew Soundwave would have a red visor, we saw it back when he first leaked alongside Maverick, ER Thrust, and the as of yet unknown Cyclonus:

Can you not see it? Maybe it isn't as clear as I thought, but to me, it looks like one can see enough to know that the visor is a dark color (i.e. an unlight red as opposed to yellow).

I can make out the nose tip of his mouthplate, at least, but that's it. Everything above that looks blue.Nemesis Primal wrote:Sabrblade wrote:His chest is in the way, and the pic is very blurry.
Fair enough reasoning, agree to disagree.

Might get him and another of the Toyhax sticker sets to make that a toy Prime, and remove some of the stickers from my normal ER Prime to try to bring it a bit more in a toy direction (along with... ATTEMPTING to pain the calves blue).
Also seems like he might have the same assembly error that people have been reporting on "Alternate Universe" Prime that causes the left side of the upper torso to tilt upwards and not quite lock down, that afaik the standard ER release didn't have.

Maybe they're going for a more toy-accurate deco for Netflix Prime, and saving the ultra-cartoon-accurate deco for a possible Kingdom release. So people will by him a third time, can't make him too perfect too soon.

o.supreme wrote:ok so Im a little confused. earlier in the day Exhaust and Greasepit were in stock, and Hubcap was showing pre-order for 9/1. Hasbro took my money for Greasepit, but it has now changed to pre-order for 8/4 after the fact....
I have several HP pre-orders and they have never taken my money until the item is in stock...Will I be getting a refund, or was there a small amount of stock they were able to ship? Or is my money hostage until 8/4?
Btw..Exhaust is still showing in-stock on HP
