I think 2010 lugnut can be considered a pseudo generations figure, rather than a movie figure.
Reveal the Shield Lugnut IS a movie character, actually...from the 1986 The Transformers: The Movie, that is!
The RtS "Battle in Space" Rodimus and Cyclonus two-pack came with a comic book called "Rodimus vs. Cyclonus," made by IDW no less, that details some events of the 1986 animated movie and adds a "deleted scene" of sorts that takes place while Hot Rod and Kup rendezvous with Ultra Magnus' team on Planet Junk after commandeering a Quintesson vessel.
What does this have to do with Lugnut? He's depicted as fighting among the Decepticon ranks in the comic, at Autobot City and a few other scenes (I believe). Check this out, courtesy of TFWiki:

So, there you go. RTS Lugnut is a retroactively a G1 character, and so can be considered part of the "Classics/Universe 2.0/Generations" line of figures. Oh, and as RAR pointed out above, he's also in the Transformers United line from Takara Tomy. Need any more proof?
By the way, it would be nice if Lugnut's Seibertron.com gallery were moved to the correct subheading in RTS/Transformers 2010.
