Also, finally got the chance to sit down and begin watching the entirety of the review... When you demonstrated how Combiner Wars Onslaught is capable of wielding Generation One Onslaught's weapon, I literally just bought one online like two minutes ago solely for that purpose. For six bucks, I'd say it's one of the best investments I've made!

Though now I'm slightly mad at myself because once it gets here, it will literally be the closest thing to a vintage Generation One toy I'll own...

all we need now is a CW G2 colour Bruticus! or even a Ruination colour one

But lest we forget that TT are as much masters of repaints moreso than hasbro... It's just that most of their repaints look amazing, so no one complains too much, hasbro just gets the brunt of our ire for some unknown reason.

btw do you think that at some point next year they'll bring out a repaint of CW Sky Lynx?.coz i remember there was these horrible KO repaints

These really aren't that bad as colour choices go and I'd buy the first if it was a legit ehobby reissue

They're in the wild! Found both Blast Off and Vortex at my local Target. Already had them on preorder though, so I regretfully left them where they lay.

Fellow Seibertronian Mindmaster has spotted the Combiner Wars Bruticus Wave (2016 Wave 1) at Target.

Only Vortex and Blast Off were found but this is definitely a sign that this wave is making its way across the US. Let your fellow fan friends know in your respective sightings thread if ever you spot them in your area!

At least you wont be tempted as yo wait to see what Takara has cooking up. By the way, Amelie, just wanted to know if shipping to UK is cheap from japan. Does it cost more than 15 pounds for a standard UW combiner?

I might have been shopping in the wrong places but past experience tells me that Japan is often beyond my price range after shipping and taxes.

Best to find someone thats already got the figure in hand (like Kapow ect) than risk the import fees.

Do you get import fees regardless of the amount? In canada, if its less than 100$, then you can be pretty sure customs wont hold onto the package (aside from checking if it's a bomb and whatnot). Because I have seen Kapow's prices and that stuff aint cheap.

You have to pay import charges at standard VAT regardless of the amount here, provided they bother chasing you up on it - so its a bit of a lottery.

Kapow have already paid the import taxes and postage for you, so I'd consider the extra value worth it for the peace of mind.

I found the lot of Combaticons, sans Onslaught, at my local Walmart. Picked up Brawl since he's the only mold I do not have. I'll probably get the rest next weekend, once the last of my bills are paid off.
