See, I never liked the look of the car hood flipped down either, which is why Breakdown is an arm, and I love the kneepads, and while the deadend mold doesn't do as good a job as the offroad mold, it still works. and because the kneepad design for the offroad mold is so good, it doesn't make that good an arm for me. Either way, it seems each mold has it's strong point. I can't really thing of any mold that is completely awesome in both. Brawl maybe, but he feels much more natural as a leg

Drag Strip is completely awesome in all modes. He is the only limb I can say that about.

I like Sunstreaker as the right arm for my Galvatronus since you can peg the gun on him and make a skinny version of Galv's arm cannon. I've already painted the barrel orange on that . My other limbs for him don't really have a rhyme or reason, but it's Sky Dive as the other arm, and Rook and Prowl as legs.

Man that is some serious miscommunication between the Marketing Department and the Art Department.

There may be some truth to this though. Defensor is the only G2 version we havent gotten a confirmation of. And it may be because he would get deluxe groove instead of rook as the limb

See I think that G2 Defensor will be shown off alongside G2 Bruticus and both will contain the new takara molds. Of course no proof with these as unlike superion and menasor, whose missing members were just retools, these are completely new designs

Correct me if I'm wrong, but we have already seen G2 Bruticus and he comes with Jet-Off.

G2 Bruticus was confirmed to have Hasbro's slingshot. That is set in stone.

I have been dying to get Streetwise mostly because of the comic book he comes with which contains art from Corin Howell who is the best comic artist ever!)

If I am remembering correctly, Streetwise has the comic that comes months before Howell even did art for the comics....He comes with combiner wars prelude stuff I think

Who? Me? I'm definitely not even going to bother buying him - I don't buy crap. I'm gonna scramble Sky Reign up. I will pick up Hound, and probably Trailbreaker - I do endorse all the changes they made to him. I'll probably use Prowl and wavemates with him, or maybe some of the protectobots

I think Stone's art is okay. It's cartoony but doesn't have as much detail as other Transformers artist's comics

Am I the only person that doesn't like having the same mold in the same position across multiple combiners? The worst is all of the helicopter molds are all designated arms. I moved Alpha Bravo to Superion's leg and put Air Raid as an arm, but I am not really happy about it.

I really wish they would find another character to make out of the Dragstrip/Mirage mold. The sucky thing is that they would almost need to make a whole new character.

You're definitely not alone there, but since I don't yet have any duplicate molds (though that's going to change soon) it hasn't been too much of an issue.

By exclusive you mean the Takara Grand Galvatron?! He looks very cool. I was thinking about getting it just because the Roller repaint of Rook looks so awesome but just for a few repaints it's a bit too expensive for me. So if you don't have CW Cyclonus yet or don't mind having him twice and don't care about the price, get it!

I tried to give my Galvatron white legs with Alpha Brave and Quickslinger but that looked aweful, especially Quichslinger. I wanted to give him grey arms with Offroad and Skydive so you should use those as legs for your Galvatron to not have one character twice.

That's a bit too less purple I think. Then you should get the G2 Bruticus. His limbs at least all have purple camo.
Or you get 2 TFCC Impactors.

Personally, I'd go with 4 gray limbs. 2 Offroads for the arms, and 2 Skydives for the legs.


Just look at that. Skydive give him the accurate kneecap and the black feet!



Offroad will give him nice bullky arms and that purple hand is the final great touch.
The whole thing would really look awesome and be a great callback to both the cartoon model and the G1 toy. Best of both worlds at once with a reasonable budjet!

I love her art mostly because of the personality rather than the detail. I find a lot of people disagree with me and don't like MY art as much just because I feel personality is more important than detail.
