Torso looks great, everything else is pretty cheap from what I've heard... I never really liked how this Skylynx looked anyhow.

If you guys recall before I mentioned that the "lynx" head would be even more BOSS if they, Hb/TT would incorporate a Golionesque type face within the "mouth"/cavity or better yet, retool it so that the mouth would appear to be like an Optimus Prime/Soundwave faceguard type.
Also, what happened to Jarguar? Would TT add one to complete the six member combination? Also, would the shuttle mode be retooled to a more fighter plane/bomber appearance the way Leozack originally appeared?

I have nothing to back it up but I have a feeling that Liokaiser will be Hasbro exclusive.
Consider the original was a Takara exclusive, this would be such fearful symmetry for this lio lio burning bright.

Been there, done that, it was shown off 'bout 300+ pages ago. It doesn't work very well, the combiner just topples over if you try to actually utilize the ankles, I think it has something to do with it's center of gravity. The thigh ratchets also don't click outwards in such a way that you can do 'minor ankle tilting', it's all or nothing , and the combiner tends to do the splits as a result.

Really
TT has show that they'll go out of their way to utilize the cw molds (Grand Galvatron...) as to even think up actual, logical reasons for them to exist and combine, and created fiction for them, I could see them having fun with Deathsaurus and the remnants of Liokaiser combining into 'Neo-Liokaiser' in the accompanying comic

Gonna through this out there too: I did try to do ankle tilts with these guys. The end result? Mirage broke. His one knee is now permanently jammed and cannot be used, so I can no longer use him as a good arm so he will always be a leg for someone or an individual with a bum knee

Might work with the fixed ratchets in the 2nd edition Motormaster?

Dude, that blows, is there no way for you to disassemble the legs? All you would need would be a screwdriver small enough to get to the screws on his legs, pop them open and reset everything, might need some nail polish remover if things are loose afterwards though

I did it with superion, besides, that would only exacerbate mm's problems posing in combined mode, I'm sure.

Unfortunately everything there is heavily painted over. I would make a mess trying. and I am contempt with him as a leg. and as a Lost Lighter, he will be uncombined most of the time anyway. I'm trying to decide whether or not to pull the trigger on wave 6 bots to go with Lynx and Onslaught or just do the 2 right now and get the 4 a bit later

...unless you use the OP or Menasor torso with the UNFIXED joints that slightly are outward?

Man, they totally missed an opportunity to make that one of his "official" modes making him a quadruple changer and making the new "winged" linx mode official. This might make it even better than him not split into his two modes, though I still would have preferred that for a true Sky Lynx update. I'm still hoping for a proper Sky Lynx, so here's to a future leader or "small" Titan class version of Sky Lynx at some point in the future.

Ok now I get the G1 reference. By plugging it to his back, you end up with the ridge above his head and the antenas in the back like this:
