Maybe not the best supporting example since that movie tanked so hard that the studio recalled it after the two week contract was up.

Will unlike Star Wars the Bay movies are starting to take a drop and there will be a day where people get sick of them.



Star Wars had the advantage of being made 10 years after the last one which was one of the ones people don't like and even then people think those movies are better then the Bay Transformers films.



like I said this won't happen soon but it could happen 20 or 30 years at the soonest.

Thanks to zmultiplier on Weibo, we get a partial look at the artwork for Transformers Combiner Wars Computron in color. This version gives us a little better idea at what Afterburner, Lightspeed and Scattershot will look like if the toys stay true to the artwork. What do we know about this zmultiplier guy?

I wonder if Hasbro are tearing their hair out trying to plug a leak, or if he's a paid cyber-shill doing some intense viral marketing?

Maybe he just deeply craves community attention.

Lightspeed is starting to look a little more like the breakdown mold than the Dead End mold. But then Lightspeed has a much similar transformation scheme to Wheeljack and Sunstreaker.

I do hope it's the wheeljack version of the mold, if it's either. Preferably with a new head.

Also interesting that there seems to be tampos on what would be the outside of scattershot's knees. I hope it's not stickers; G2 Superion was all tampo's right?

If the colors are even close to that, this is a definite purchase. Everything looks fantastic so far. I am glad Computron got a real head this time, even if it is just a recolor of Superion's. Lightspeed is hopefully Wheeljack+New Head. Groove looks nice in Afterburner's colors.

Strafe is a retool of Air Raid. The Betatron head will be fine if it is in the right colors.

My theory is someone from the factory / production side of things. And he does this to watch / enjoy the reactions some people are giving off regarding the leaks.

I've been staring at the picture and then at Deadend and breakdown in leg mode for longer than I care to admit and I can see elements of both in the picture. That's the problem with artistic license I suppose.

The reason I theorized that the zmultiplier guy is someone from the production/factory side is that usually when you are gonna start producing the toys, the factory is the last place the box/packaging artwork gets sent to.

also since weibo is predominantly Chinese, it is logical to narrow down that zmultiplier's location is in China / HK / Taiwan (unless he can read / write Chinese).

Not sure it artistic license or the artist using actual detailing, but if you look are the side panel of what becomes the robotmode arm, there is a distinct arrow indent, which is prevalent on the breakdown mold figures.
