The combined mass of BuiLD-ThINg is made of Heavy Load, Hightower, and Grimlock. The three components standing around BuiLD-ThINg are Wedge, a second Heavy Load, and a second Grimlock.Lunatic Prime wrote:Sabrblade wrote:The fourth component is standing there to the left of the combined mess.ZeroWolf wrote:I thought there was four components to build king?
No, it's just 3. In the picture you see the 3 parts "combined" and solo standing in front of him.

That's why I said the fourth component is next to the mass rather than a part of it, in response to ZeroWolf's original confusion about the combiner having four parts while only three are seen combined here.Lunatic Prime wrote:Sabrblade wrote:The combined mass of BuiLD-ThINg is made of Heavy Load, Hightower, and Grimlock. Yeah, I've noticed that now and corrected my post, but all 3 are the same. Wedge isn't there. There's none with tank tracks.

That orange component there standing by itself on the left side of the image. That's Wedge.Lunatic Prime wrote:Sabrblade wrote:That's why I said the fourth component is next to the mass rather than a part of it, in response to ZeroWolf's original confusion about the combiner having four parts while only three are seen combined here.Lunatic Prime wrote:Sabrblade wrote:The combined mass of BuiLD-ThINg is made of Heavy Load, Hightower, and Grimlock. I know what you meant, but there are just 3 characters in the picture: Heavy Load, Hightower, and Grimlock. Wedge isn't there. You can see that the torso of the "Combiner" has wheels and not tank tracks, so it's not Wedge.

There are two Heavy Loads and two Grimlocks in the image, but one Hightower (combined) and one Wedge (not combined).

I wonder...Will Hasbro be doing a G2 Defensor? -One of the advantages of the G2 sets is that you get the "original 5" Members, plus a bonus Legends figure (though they are in "garish" 90's color scheme). But with Defensor we have kind of an esthetic problem...
If they use TT Deluxe Groove to restore the original leg, then there would be no place for Legends Groove as the chest Piece. I guess they would probably just stick with Rook, and make up a G2 color scheme for him.
But its odd since we saw G2 Bruticus' Box months ago, but no toy pics yet. And of course the looming question...Will Hasbro release a G2 Defensor?

I would go nuts![]()
And it would be another substantiation for me to buy that box set instead of the normal Combaticons and Shockwave because the only reason I want that is the G2 deco of Swindle

It's doubtful, but not out of the realm of impossibility. Artwork can easily be changed. maybe that's why we haven't seen any G2 Bruticus toy pics yet? -Also notice on that Box Art, voyager Shockwave looks the same. I'd think they would give him a far-out G2 style paint job like they did Powerglide & Blackjack.
Would love for G2 Bruticus to have TT Shuttle Blast-Off and 4-bladed Vortex while were at it
o.supreme wrote:Thanks for the link. Wasn't aware of the toy Pics. Well that's too bad. Also, Shockwave's differences are minimal, not really feeling the "G2" vibe with him.

He looks amazing! I wasn't sold on the combiner wars line, but they look so much better up-close! And they are so much fun to play with! I want to get a second one now..Which one should I go for next?

Rodimus Prime wrote:Definitely go for Bruticus. Sky Lynx also makes a great torso. But Bruticus is the best of the retail figures.
