Dude, do that. Cyclo/tron is awesomeSo long as you don't mind mixing you're factions, he's the way to go
Great! I may do that! Thanks for the advice!I would love to have Cyclonus anyhow with Titans Return Galvatron.
If you want good limbs I suggest you get (to go with your dragstrip):
Prowl
First Aid
Blades

I am sure many fembots are quite happy with his big cannon.

You have a knack for asking ridiculous questions that no one knows the answer to. Please refrain from name calling.Stuartmaximus wrote:Anyone got a definite date on Sky Lynx? i know it's Jan/Feb sometime!

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.
I can vouch for the Combaticons. They are nice molds and have some sweet 'Con decos. And if you don't already own other versions of those molds, its a win win.SillySpringer wrote:I have heard that those are amazing figures, though I have actually been wanting some others the most:
-Swindle
-Blastoff
-Vortex
And Brawl I have been wanting to pass on. I can fill that void with Dragstrip. Thanks guys!
Hellscream9999 wrote:So, back to my original point, anyone know how to make dragstrips ball-jointed shoulders looser?
wow, bet that's never been said about tf joints before

BTW, Brawl is not a bad fig, just misunderstood
Oops, I forgot about this question. Yeah that's kinda the opposite problem.Hellscream9999 wrote:So, back to my original point, anyone know how to make dragstrips ball-jointed shoulders looser?

IIRC the g2 sets are only supposed to be around the $100 mark and so far the only store we know will carry them is toys r us since there was a computer listing.
He's asking about the canadian price.
And yes Kanrabat, he should be available at walmart for 150$ cdn, just like superion is currently. He will also be available at TRU for a similar price.

SEE!
Those are the limb's I've wanted since the aerialbots were released, but can we get extra's? No, screw that

People didn't answer because they don't know, don't mistake that for them being ignorant though if you want people to answer things it helps not insulting them.

& how exactly is asking about a Combiner Wars figure on a Combiner Wars thread deemed as ridiculous?
anyway....i digress!
as i'm not going to continue to engage you in verbal discourse.

SillySpringer wrote:@Hellscream9999: can you take a couple pictures of the cracks on Dragstrip's joints? Also like I asked before, are the joints lose enough to move or pop off?

Any oil will degrade the plastic something fierce. Maybe a dab of graphite powder? It works wonders on locks and my pocket knife (nylon washers).
If you could pop out the joint you could stand down the ball joint with some super fine sandpaper.

Yeah, nobody f$#king knows when stuff will hit the warehouses - not even the retailers, because, ya know, weather, and release dates being pushed back (*cough* TT *cough*), and various other things;
On top of that, no other figures have ever had exact dates this far out; Pre-orders aren't even up, you should probably get over yourselfStuartmaximus wrote:Cobotron wrote:You have a knack for asking ridiculous questions that no one knows the answer to. Probably because nobody knows when an item is coming out when pre-orders aren't even up on major retailers' sites![]()
Best estimate is February, so there. bbts has the limbs coming in January, but wave 1 had the limbs come in weeks ahead of the bodies, so take it how you will
Stuartmaximus wrote:ok, thank you

which someone could've given in the first place! instead of ignoring it!
so
thanks again.

You're right, I really should have prioritized answering your question (which I reported on here - and which was reported on everywhere else I imagine) instead of going grocery shopping and cooking myself dinner, I apologize...

MAN that looks good!
Just remold Cyclonus' head and chest then BAM it's Starscream.

Will wait for a sale. At that price, no one gonna jum on the set to scalp it.

I dont know, while the combined mode is awesome, the robot mode for starscream is a huge missed opportunity. Grand Galvatron showed us that you could have 2 totally different decos between the torso and the robot mode. Instead here we have Starscream combines to become... starscream.. again. As I said, missed opportunity. It also doesnt make much sense that starscream would be a voyager while the others are deluxes. We have to think outside the box sometimes, keeping it safe ends up stale a bit. Grand Galvatron is the best example of aiming left field and scoring a home run

See, from a character perspective, I'm the exact opposite, if ss got the ability to combine, he would definitely go from starscream to 'super' starscream, his id would explode and he would become even more megalomaniacal than he already was (I can almost hear the pontificating now...); but I agree, that, as a toy, it'd be bland and repetitive (which is why I said the limbs were a missed opportunity)
