Well, since they did a rodimus, megatron and magnus, Drift is the only remaining lost lighter in the main command we havent gotten. and he's pretty popular nowadays

Well, I wouldn't say we got a GOOD Rodimus, we need a Leader one, not a legends one.

Well yeah, about the size of CW Cyclonus would work better.

I'd really like to see a Rodimus Torso bot!! Make him Hot Rod/Car for the figure... and Rodimus Prime for his combiner form. That'd be a lot cooler then multiple multiples of different colored Optimus'.

There are 2 reasons he doesnt come with minicons. Firstly, the toy this redeco is based on didnt come with minicons (the minicons dont accompany the deluxe class). Secondly, this toy represents Drift from the "G1" comics and is not related to the RID show.

Sorry, meant Takara! but the way CW are rolling out the G1 Autobots(Ironhide, Sky Lynx, Mirage, Sunstreaker & with the possibility of Wheeljack) then It wouldn't surprise me at all if we eventually see Drift coming out(obviously without minicons).

I wonder if this inside the continuity of Adventures is a preceeding colour scheme for Drift or a "Super mode" colour scheme - so he sort of is like that enhanced Bumblebee they are doing - or like the super mode colours give to the RID-2001 characters.

Regardless of the intent or use - and I can see lots of ways you can use it (As TF Animated Drift spring to mind too) I like the colours they look very "Fresh" Perhaps he'd have been better packed in with Stepper though... but I guess they wanted the made up colours or characters stuck in with the ones that are actually in the show colours - for saleability reasons.

That was my bad. Was just trying to show D Max where he could get a drift for his recreation of the Lost Light crew which he is building with the help of combiner wars.

BECAUSE IT IS BLOODY OBVIOUS! that the Combiner Wars figure(if & when there is one) isn't gonna come with those! as for the RID....only the the Minicon Deployers(so far) have came with?....yep......you guessed it.........MINICONS!(again! BLATANTLY OBVIOUS).

Ok. ....I get it....I should've been more specific & not so vague! but the Deployers are still part of the recent RID range are they not?

+ I could've been talking about the RID cartoon character! which obviously comes with minicons(obviously me being vague again).

It would be obvious that a minicon deployer comes with minicons, but it is not obvious that an RID drift figure would come with minicons simply becasue he is RID Drift.

Well according to the last video of Optibotimus(Mailbag) we could be getting a Wheeljack. so....looking forward to that

& would still love to see the beast ones(Predacons, Terrorcons, Seacons & even a Dinobot Combiner), but instead Hasbro have vetoed them!((which is weird how they're releasing Sky Lynx then? coz remember the G1 episode Call Of The Primatives!)(although dunno if Takara would release those?)).

So far Autobots wise....We've had Optimus, Arielbots, Protectobots, Sunstreaker, Prowl, Powerglide, Rodimus, Windcharger, Mirage & Ironhide + we're getting Wheeljack, Sky Lynx & fingers crossed.....Drift! But where in the name of Primus.....is Bumblebee? why no Bee? also....hopefully the possibility of Kup(an Off Road/Ironhide retool/paint). + hopefully others....like Jazz, Blaster(dunno how they'd do him? unless it's something like the thrilling 30 Generations Voyager Class one), Inferno, Grapple, Bluestreak, Cosmos, Hound(Swindle retool/paint) ect.
