I'd say March/April/May/. Like when Motormaster's run came (which came early last year).

Re: Transformers Generations Combiner Wars Discussion Thread
With all these repaints and with the apparent likelihood we'll see more, especially of the rarer toolings, in Titan Wars and beyond...
I was thinking of the nuttiest toolings you could get and would still want.
First of all, I'd still really like a Euro themed set or three.
Hotspot as Pyro or Fixed Mensaor as Thunderclash
Alpha Bravo as Rotorstorm (or Windmill)
Offroad as Scorch OR Hotrider
Wheeljack as Hurricane
Dead End as Speedstream
Swindle as Ironfist/Fisitron
Wheeljack as Jetstorm
Streetwise as Rapido
Aerialbot as Deftwing
Shockwave as Omega Spreem or Windcharger as Skram or Zap
Combined mode... Thunderclash?
Cyclonus as Skyquake
Rook as Stalker
3 Aerialbots as Falcon, Skydive, and Talon
Possible alternates: Dead End as Aquafend
Powerglide as Snare
One offbeat thought I had was also an animated movie inspired commbiner:
Hotspot as Firetruck Rodimus (From the aborted Rodimus Neo toy)
Jumpstream as Arcee
Alpha Bravo as Springer
Offroad as Kup
Mirage as Blurr
Combiner Wars Wreck Gar redeco
After the current announced stuff, these are what would grab my attention.

Say what you will about the retools/paints, but, being combiners, using great cw molds, I would buy them all (except any menasor/op repaint) with gusto and a smile on my face

Man....this guy had literally NOTHING good to say about this figure. He was whining and complaining so much that i had to stop watching half way through because i couldn't listen to anymore of his bitchy nit picking.
I think the figure looks great personally.

Re: Transformers Generations Combiner Wars Discussion Thread
i think that Liozack will be a heavy remold of the shuttle part of Sky Lynx, just look at both the chest of Liokaiser and Sky Reign. But I still cannot figure out where will Jallguar come to play, or maybe Hasbro/Takara will omit him.

He IS being omitted at this point, along with liozack. As of this point the rumors (that have been very precise thus far) indicate that Deathsaurus (in liozack and jallguar's colors apparently) will be forming the torso.

Re: Transformers Generations Combiner Wars Discussion Thread
There might also be some kind of case for a boxed set.
In the very (almost ironically) Geewun Transformers vs. G.I.Joe comic:
Jetfire and Inferno form Defensor's torso.
Arms are formed by Blades and Prowl.
Feet are formed by Red Alert and Ratchet.
Crotch is formed by Arcee, giving him bright pink underwear.
A boxed set could have minor re-decos of Blades, Prowl, and a minor First Aid Redeco,
A new Red Alert from CW Sideswipe.
Torso could Inferno.
Arcee as a Wreck-Gar/Groove redeco,
It would be hard to have toys be as mental as that comic.
Though I'd love figures of:
TFvJoe Rodimus, of the "Jotobots" (He's a flying truck with a comic book energy casing chestplate)
Megatron with Bumblebee's head as a necklace and Grimlock's head as a glove
Starscream (who could easily be a Cyclonus retool with a Cobra eyepatch)

I'd rather see Stalker retooled from Onslaught and Skyquake from Silverbolt, then do the Predator jets from the Aerialbots. One team, two potential combiners!

At this point, the only molds with no redecos from Combiner Wars are Air Raid and Skydive (not counting Club and Takara uses), and actually isn't one of them in Liokaiser anyway?

well since we're going there....here's mine!
& talk about obscure nuttiness
Combiner Wars figures redone/retooled/repainted as Gobots figures!
Dead End/Prowl/Streetwise as Turbo
one of the Deluxe Arielbots as Leader 1
Alpha Bravo/Blades/Vortex as Cop-tur
one of the deluxe Stunticons(obviously not Drag Strip) as Crasher
? as Scooter
Deluxe Groove as Cy-Kill
Ironhide as Smallfoot
Windcharger as Sparky
Breakdown/Sunstreaker as Spoiler/Pocket
First Aid as Rest-Q
Swindle as Jeeper Creeper/Buggyman
Alpha Bravo/Blades as Flip Top
Trailbreaker/Off Road as Scratch
Prowl/Streetwise as Jig Saw
also
Silverbolt retool/repaint as Power Jet(which means you can combine the deluxe Gobots to it to form the Power Warrior).

I loathed the Sky Lynx character in both the comics and the cartoon, and never had the G1 toy. Strangely, I still want this figure. I wonder why.

Hardhead to Stalker
That would be cool. Especially since I can't find my G1 Stalker anymore.

That's actually not too much of a problem for me at this point, but I am well aware of that fix and will use use it as soon as necessary, but the pins in his shoulders are really loose...
And at this point, swindle has the biggest problem of them all with his leg shells not lining up with anything, yielding a vehicle mode that can't be properly formed and an unstable leg mode, and for the life of me, I cannot figure out whats causing this to happen

Is it strange that I want a transparent red version of Sunstreaker for Firecracker?
I mean, a transparent red lambhorghini is just silly, right? But I remember I used to take Firecracker with me everywhere when I was a kid (nice and easy to shove in a pocket, I guess) but now I don't even know where he is.
I mean, you could easily do Motormouth and Double Clutch, too, and it'd be nice to have Blackjack repainted as Go-Bot Bumblebee, but I really just want Firecracker.

I'm going to be a nitpicker and point out that the toy is not misassembled until you perform that mod.

Here, it can't show it, but due to not fitting together tightly, it rocks back and forth at the thigh joint:
In vehicle mode, the parts naturally fall like this for me:
And if I forcibly snap them together it malforms the other way:
And if I do that it pulls the legs apart on the bottom:
The only thing that seems to be causing this is that the cavity on the leg shells that sits on the crotch is in the wrong place by a few millimeters and the molding on the crotch is pushing them apart
