Lancer is sold out. . I truly hope they get more, or that they are made available elsewhere because that would be some world class BS otherwise. Amazon exclusives are plentiful, heck they even have some form last years releases. All the other Selects are plentiful as well. Galactic Man is still in stock...But of course, the only one I wan't isn't...

BBTS and TFSource have them for pre-order. I'd cover yourself there and keep checking Pulse.

I thinking of suing hasbro because of all the exclusives the Red Wing being a Target exclusive reuqires you to give up a whole lot of information to get it. And the process is truly annoying trying to checkout and even though the pop up window said to start shopping there was no way to add the thing to the cart. SO now I gotts wait 7 to 10 days for a card I really dont want because I rather shop at Walmart or any other place because Target had a retarded check out process.

You, uh, aren't being forced to buy Red Wing, are you? Owning this thing isn't a requirement or necessity of life, is it? You could just, well, choose to not pursue owning Red Wing. Just sayin'.

I'm pretty sure you would have zero grounds for a lawsuit. First, Target's decision to make it a RedCard excluding has nothing to do with Hasbro so why would you sue them? I'm just as annoyed by this, and hoping that they won't go out of stock before my card arrives, and will be cancelling my card as soon as I pay off RedWing if I'm lucky enough that he is still available whenever my card gets here.

Second, as a parent of a retarded child, find some new adjectives please. Using a person's disability as an insult just isn't cool.

I don't have to be in anyone's legal department to have a pretty good idea that suing Company A for a decision Company B made on how to sell Company A's product has very little chance of working.

As for the second item, would you have called their checkout process gay? I'm guessing not. Why would a disability be any different than race or sexual orientation? Taking something that is a definitive quality about a portion of the population and using it as a negative insult to something that it doesn't apply to just isn't cool nowadays. I say this as someone who used gay and retarded as insults myself when I was younger, but I eventually grew the hell up and realized it just isn't cool. Many more people than you may realize care about people who may be retarded, or gay, or whatever.

Don't be sorry for my situation, my daughter is awesome!!! As a parent you aren't supposed to have favorites, but she is the whole family's favorite. Target's checkout process for RedWing on the other hand sucks.

Can you see now why it might be offensive when your language equates the 2?

"Gay" could very well mean happy... As for the words and other words like it they are used everyday. This is where context applies. Context is key; Context is king. Like I said in my line of work I deal with "context" evryday. I dont mention my child is autistic and mute unless you ask. Even if someone says "the process is austistic" I would never jump to saying "oh I take offense to that because you are referring to a gorup of people"...why, becuase it warrants another converation which for the sake of "context" is not warranted in the first place.

As for suing, I know what grounds believe me I work with legal so they'll say "hey that's dumb" or "you may have a case...but.." I deal with contracts daily so customers threaten legalities based on loop holes. However I wish nothing but the best for you and your family . That is all.

Well the whole thing comes from you having to sign up for a Red Card Credit or Debit Card. Both of these require you to put in your SSN and other personable information to get the card, then you can buy the figure. All of the other exclsusives including past Target excluisves do not require this level of requirements to purchase. And you cannot purchase without doing this. For starters I want it so I have to go thru it but now when I try to check out and retrieve the item, the window times out and now my normal Target online acct and this new Red Card Credit Card thing are not linking up so now I have to wiat for the physical card to arrive. Now I got a hit on my credit because it is being run. Now this kinds irks me because well I have to do all of this to buy "this" and there is no other way to get it. That is my gripe and it makes you the buyer have to commit to your personable info being required to purchase if you never had one. Now thats trickery and yes if you see the reviews it's because the process is truly daunting. Target has had many of Transformer Exclusives that did not require this and it's a way to get people to sign up for their crappy credit or debit program.

Probably not G1 or obscure enough for Selects, but a Hound retool into Strongarm would be cool.
