Arms? Huh? *looks closer* Oh wow, I didn't even notice the red wasn't part of the original piece

I couldn't find a number for Centurion, but I'm guessing he is somewhere in the middle, giving us 4 others to fill in the numbers in between.
Considering Ceturion is a Pulse exclusive and not a regular Selects release, he may not have a number, and if you leave him out, our list fits all the leaks and goes as follows (with ? indicating that the numbers may not be exact): WFC-S11: Exhaust WFC-S12: Greasepit WFC-S13: Hubcap(?) WFC-S14: Hot House(?) WFC-S15: Roritchi(?) WFC-S16: G2 Megatron(?) WFC-S17: Bug Bite(?) WFC-S18: Tigertrack WFC-S19: Rotorstorm
Although I think there was also a rumor of a Selects Ratchet but no listing yet, so no idea how to factor that in.

Kinda lame that Rotorstorm doesn’t get a new head, but oh well, doesn’t bother me too much. I love how Hasbro beat 3P to the punch with the weapons pack, kinda genius to include them with a guy made of weapons Considered me sold on both Rotorstorm and Centurion, already on preorder for me (as well as GI Joe’s Regal Cobra Commander and Gung-Ho)
Tigertrack is nice but I don’t need him.

Hasbro's been doing that occasionally. They beat 3P to Cog and Brunt, after all.

I ordered the Centurion and Rotorstorm, passed on Tigertrack.
I'm really disappointed Rotorstorm does not have a new head. He really needs his IDW head, it's such a letdown that it's not remotely right for his head.

I'm holding out hope right now that with how many times the head was mentioned both in the presentation and the product listing for the figure, there is a new head that just isn't ready yet, because the figure doesn't release until...November. It wouldn't be the first time Hasbro stock photos were wrong...
Also turns out the Centurion Droid just isn't a Selects figure at all, so he definitely does not have a number. We all assumed he was because he comes in a Selects-like box, but Hasbro hasn't referred to him as a Selects figure anywhere. If anything, he matches the line branding of the Netflix repaints, in that they're just "WFC Trilogy" figures.
At the very least, I can imagine a third party releasing a head add on for Rotorstorm, which doesn't make up for the figure not having a proper Rotorstorm head in the first place but it would be something.
Hopefully painted as well since I don't have the talent to paint anything like that.

Yes. Now go to your room and don't play with yourself.
I have to imagine the lack of new head has to be a mistake, given how the product description calls out a new head, and it doesn't seem very copy-pasted. I'm hoping this is a particularly extreme example of promo pics not reflecting the final product (which isn't unprecedented, there have been promo pics with this much of a difference in terms of the plastic/sculpting and not just paint, just not in a while iirc)

Me, that weapons pack is cool.
Also me, Megatron is missing the stock, what guns do bumblebee, and Ironhide actually come with, that radar dish should've been included with trailbreaker
Skritz wrote:I'm hoping we'll see some 3P options pop up to replace Rotorstorm's head.
I'm hoping that the render is lying to us and the actual product will have the final head.
Hasbro does not have a good track record keeping the heads straight in artwork.
I thought they were actual product shots? Granted, that's not to say it's impossible that we'll get the right head because wasn't Hun-Grr's head not finished or something when they showed off prototypes for Power of the Primes?

Hun-Gurrr's head was edited out on his packaging, likely because the wrong, possible alternate, head was shown.
I'm trying to remember when was the last time that stock photos showed one head, while the final toy had another, but I'm coming up blank.

If pack-in instructions count, I can think of a couple examples; Generations Warpath and Reveal the Shield Lugnut.
Also, if people want the weapon pack but not the Centurion drone, I’m considering wanting to army build them....

Yes, but if it's a case like we've occasionally had in the past of the physical sample having the wrong head (whether at SDCC or even on the packaging shots), there's a chance the final head will be different, especially because the description of the figure specifically pointed out a new head.

Well, he hasn't even been officially revealed, but yet, we have a treat for you today. Thanks to an Ebay auction, two Seibertronians have gotten their hands on the upcoming Generations Selects GS-11 Exhaust figure! Regular reviewer Chuckdawg1999 is up first, with a video review that shows off the figure nicely, and has some good comparison shots with Exhaust's perennial mold-mate, Wheeljack.
The other Seibertronian to get this figure was yours truly. Delivered just yesterday, my Exhaust came packed in the traditional cardboard box that all Selects releases come in. I've included several pictures showing off his deco and compared to Wheeljack, he Exhaust comes off looking a little.... spare. He's got a nice bright white plastic, compared to Wheeljack's off-white, with red being his other major color. But besides that, he has far fewer tampographs. Given the legal issues surrounding the release of Masterpiece Exhaust five years ago, it's understandable that Hasbro would want to avoid hewing to closely to that deco.
There are three tampographs that are of particular interest. These appear on his spoiler and on his legs/car mode sides. His name is spelled out, or rather misspelled as "Exhuast".
Given that this figure hasn't been officially announced, it's possible that this mistake might be corrected before then. Also, above, in the second photo, you can see Japanese katakana on his leg. As I can't read Japanese, perhaps someone with more knowledge than me can translate?
And last, but not least, a size comparison shot with a large Siege Deluxe, Ratchet, and Exhaust's fellow Selects figure, Lancer.
We hope you enjoyed Chuck's review, and these pictures. Let us know what you think in the comments below! Are you looking forward to Exhuast Exhaust to your collection?
I know they couldn't reproduce Marlboro's logo on the front side of the car - both for trademark and "smoking-brand-on-a-toy" issues - yet I was hoping for a bit more "triangular" red, just like the Masterpiece.
ZeldaTheSwordsman wrote:In robot mode, I think he ends up looking a little less spare than Wheeljack. I really hope they change the glazing to blue for the official release.
This came to me in an official Selects box. I think this is likely the final deco, spelling mistakes and all. I agree with you though. Blue windows would have gone a long way to making this figure great.
