Its kind of like Basic Instinct, but not in a good way...
Goddammit, now I can't unsee it.

The extras are nice, but honestly, I like the design of this figure even if it's not accurate to what was seen during the reformatting scene.
That deep purple looks niiiice.
I even like the color of the cannon.

Isn't a Springer repaint rumored for SS86?

It's been rumored in the same way that Glyph and Tap-Out have been rumored for the last 3 sets of exclusives: one particular leaker said it once, it hasn't happened, and now they've said it was bad info.primalxconvoy wrote:Emerje wrote:primalxconvoy wrote:It seems odd that, if they are in the mood to milk this figure, they haven't released a G1 cartoon version of it that isn't covered in cr@pple-damage paint. If it's a straight, clean repaint, or thereabouts, I'm up for it.

Now, considering we're apparently getting a slightly better painted Arcee for SS86, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a Springer repaint in the same vein, but so far no credible evidence towards one.

Still as Galvatron redecos go, this one looks like it doesn't suck.

I don't see why he would glow under a black light. What works best for black light are certain types of pigments in the paint that might be used.
For instance, MP 01 works beautifully under a black light, thanks to his painted cab.
