That absolutely looks like Snaptrap from Hun-Gurrr to me:
...I don't know how well my crappy detective work is going to come across when I post this, it looks kinda small to me here, but to me, the arms, waist, and legs match up with Hun-Gurrr (complete with joint at the bottom of the waist for the combiner head reveal), albeit retooled slightly, while the obvious cannons, arm shield, and sword match the character. The sword and kibble shield don't match exactly, but if the spiky bits on the shield are flipped down on the new figure it would explain that, and the sword does still have a similar shape, the same end to the blade, three points (even if two are significantly less pronounced), and a somewhat similar upwards-facing hilt, just with less excess/support material than the original. As for the leg hanging off the G1 figure's back, it looks to me like it folds into the back of the bot mode leg now, which would make sense both as a way to better handle the kibble and for the transformation to work. If the legs transform similar to the G1 guy, then they tab into the sides of his torso like Hun-Gurrr's combined mode, so the beast mode legs folding out from underneath would put them in the right spot.
Other than that, the visor isn't necessarily proof against this being Snaptrap. They could have just decided he has a visor now to make him stand out a bit more, or it'll be different when we see it in color. I almost thought the inner Prime on Star Convoy had a visor when I first looked at it, and that WAS in color, so it could very easily be a trick with the render and our eyes. Also, even if the colored shot still has a visor or not, there's no guarantee the final figure will (See: Prime Wars Blast Off).
...that was a lot more words than I expected.
