Anyone want to pre-order at $159.99 plus shipping through Seibertron.com? I have 12 on order currently, but will sell them at market value when released. If you pre-order through me now, I'll just charge you whatever MSRP is plus shipping to your ZIP.
Do you charge when the item is available? And how do we preorder through this site? Sorry, I never knew I could.

I would charge now and possibly do "no cancelations" or charge a fee for cancelations. Maybe this is why I don't normally do pre-orders. Last time I did pre-orders was on Combiner Wars Quickslinger and Brake-Neck and, if I recally correctly, all 20 of the pre-orders I had done verbally fell off to the wayside or didn't pay because they came in-stock at another retailer before I received them via Entertainment Earth distribution. I lucked out in that case because they were pretty hot once they came in, but the stress of dealing with cancelations prior to those figures arriving was very frustrating.

Edit: Metrotitan would be so amazing please didn’t even cross my mind until I read the thread

I'm personally hoping that Star Saber and Deszuras both get Commander Class versions. They certainly are deserving of them.

I'm still hoping for Leader Class Fortress Maximus or Scorponok at some point. I'd rather one of those be turned into the obnoxiously colored (but still awesome) Double Punch.

I was only half serious about Double Punch and always serious about some Marvel versions of Fort Max and Scorpy. I think Commander Class would probably be the only way to get them in proper "old Leader" size, or maybe even slightly taller since we need a Marvel PM Prime to go with them and he'd be a pretty giant bot in his own right.

Aren't we taking a break from trilogies next year? That's what the leaks had said. I could see them using Legacy as a one year gap filler thing similar to Classics, but it doesn't sound like it'll be the next trilogy.

If not the name of the next trilogy, then it could simply be the name of just next year's line.

Cool that Black Zarak exists, but I haven't bought any Titans yet and this isn't gonna change that. If I could buy just the Zarak/head component, I'd consider that, his eye patch and chest scar are awesome...although he'd just turn into a huge head, so that wouldn't be super useful...whatever. Best part of this news for me is that there's still exclusives & Selects coming that the leakers don't know about, surprises are fun especially when they're stuff we thought we weren't getting like that Terrorsaur listing.

From what I've seen, the leakers never said next year wasn't a new trilogy, in fact they were very consistent in their statements that it would be because trilogies have been selling well. The thing is that so many people have compared it to T30 because of the described contents that people keep losing track of it being a trilogy and going "it's gonna be T30 but again, so not a trilogy".

Whatever the case, be it the next trilogy or simply the next line, some retailers (such as Dorkside Toys) are using that label for this figure.

Yes, exactly.

Transformers Generations: Legacy (the toy line, not the book) does leave the doors open for a lot more potential. So far we know there'll be G1 figures, rumor of Tarantulas, and a possibility of the unused Fossilizer alligator getting used, this feels like the leftovers line. But what could that mean for Selects? It's already a mix of everything, but it could potentially give us more original lines to pick from. Personally I'm hoping we finally get a Doubledealer repaint/retool, be it G1 Stalker, MW Soundwave, or Cybertron Defense Red Alert (Hasbro, finish what you started with that trio!).

Well slap me silly and call me kinky.

Pre-orders for Black Zarak are now available at EB Games/Zing (Australia) for the price of $299.00 with a $50 deposit.

You would have been hard pressed to find Scorponok cheaper than that when he had his limited release in Australia.

Black Zarak isn't something I'm interested in, but I'm super excited for everyone who's been wishing for him ever since Scorponok was revealed. He looks awesome.

I was just thinking earlier today about how great Marvel-sized Scorpy and Fort Max would be. Count me in! I feel like they could both work as leader class, as long as they're on the larger side. Though I haven't read those comics in a while, so I may be misremembering the scale.

I actually think Fort Max might need to be somewhere between Titan and Commander to be properly sized for that panel because Prime would have to be a Commander to scale with a Voyager Blaster. So maybe a two pack of larger than standard Commanders of Scorponok and Fort Max would work?

The genesis of G1 Fort Max and Scorponok is so weird. Released as City Bot figures. Yet only depicted with such scale in the cartoons of the time and never replicated in comics.

Sweet. Dunno where he's gonna go but preordering. Shame they didn't include his other shoulder guns and with the extra parts black arak has they really could have given Scorponok his.

Looking forward to this figure, he was one of my day one figures to be ordered when/if announced.

It actually bothers me how overt they are being with both WFC/MP Nemesis Prime and now, Black Zarak. Being significant price reductions on their counterparts. Which it is fairer to say was probably the honest valuation of both, all along.

G1 scorpy is marvel sized so I don't really see a need for one. Might be just me on that though. Didn't help that the ko was being sold for as much as the official Encore so I missed out on him back at the time as I'd have liked to replace my g1 scorps.

December's a way off for blackzarak but a very nice Xmas pressie to myself. Didn't want to preorder a figure that I wanted with hasbro failing me on a few but im chancing it with zarak.

I see Australians still get overcharged for reasons.
But relatively speaking, that's still normal retail price.

I preordered, but I'll have to think about keeping it really carefully. I think I can barely squeeze in regular Scorpy and Unicron, so there may just be no more room. Plus the Ark's coming out and it definitely has more meaning to me than Zarak.

I had no attachment to either Cordon or Spinout and while I liked Sunstreaker I wasn't crazy about the mold like I am Sideswipe so I had canceled my original order of this 2-pack. Then I started seeing pics and that white and red both looked really nice. I ended up getting them through Entertainment Earth and very happy I did. I think you will be very happy!

Which country do you live in? For the U.S., Generations Selects Black Zarak is the same price as the Earthrise Scorponok MSRP of $159.99. That's been the case with most Generation Selects releases too. They're rarely, if ever, more than the MSRP of their equivalent size class at general retail. $19.99 for Deluxe Class, $29.99 for Voyager Class, etc.

I passed on cordon and spinout with them being £50 for two deluxes :( but it's probably the only way I'm going to get the mold with sunstreakers coloring and the likely pricey if even obtainable earth mode sideswipe.

No derailing at all.

Earth mode sideswipe is a different mold than the others though said to be a retool of Siege Sideswipe. The only 3 options on the Streaker mold are Streaker, Cordon and Spinout.
