Don't get me wrong, he's a superb toy, just get the lilac one if you don't want a figure that flops about like a boneless fish...

And I also agree, this color us much better than the Kingdom version. This will be my comic Cyclonus rep, while the Kingdom figure will go on my movie shelf.
I got Sweep and Scourge, Sweep being my Scourge stand-in on my movie shelf along with Generations Scourge and TR Scourge as the "sweeps" and Scourge going on my comic shelf next to Selects Cyclonus.RodimusPrimeUkraine1 wrote:Rodimus Prime wrote:I guess I lucked out on mine, his shoulders are nice and snug, he can hold Nightstick stretched out or pointing all the way up in both hands.

f I chose one I'd choose the selects, definitely a better color scheme. I always thought Cyclonus was more purple, while scourge was more blue (based on the seekers they were reformatted from), but obviously Studio Series 86 though otherwise. but there is always Sweep.

So now what do I do with my CW Cyclonus?

Put im on your IDW shelf.
I got my Cyclonus open and shot a review. It's going into editing, but I'll have it up tomorrow. I think I did okay on the looseness, but he's definitely not as tight as Kingdom Cyclonus.

We do have a Hot Rod coming in the Velocitron line and we know the design team wanted the SS86 figure to be magenta before higher ups ignored the whole point of SS and made them do toy colors instead so it's possible that the design team pitched the movie colors to Walmart.

Anyway, he's the latest - including how I did on looseness-
Rodimus Prime wrote:For me, Sweep is my movie-accurate Scourge and SS86 Scourge is on my comic-shelf (toy-accurate).
It's Scourge. The only difference is the shade of blue and his hands. Otherwise, same figure.-Kanrabat- wrote:Rodimus Prime wrote:For me, Sweep is my movie-accurate Scourge and SS86 Scourge is on my comic-shelf (toy-accurate).
Interesting.
Regardless of what Sweep is, looks like I have to get one.

No I meant where sweep will go. On the "toy accurate" shelf or the "Movie accurate" shelf.
I'll also have to buy the Repro sets.
Movie accurate. Scourge's darker blue parts resemble the US comics version, even though he only appeared like 5 times. Same with Cyclonus. Kingdom is movie, Selects is comic/toy. The comics artists mainly used the toy decos. Except for f**king Perceptor.-Kanrabat- wrote:Rodimus Prime wrote:It's Scourge. The only difference is the shade of blue and his hands. No Selects release for Scourge necessary, his Targetmaster Fracas was a separate release in the Siege Decepticon Phantomstrike Squadron set with Skywarp, Spinister's Hairsplitter Shrute and Terror-Daxtyl. Though hunting that down will be even costlier than a new Selects release...

I do have the set. So who was that specific Targetmaster? Got a picture?
