This looks great.
I'm thinking Ricochet will end up on Inferno for a combiner so that the combined mode, which sort of looks like Artfire, will have his other Targetmaster bro as his limb.

Wolfman Jake wrote:So, now that I've gotten my copies of Ricochet and Red Swoop, I can weigh in on the QC issues others have brought up. I got two of each, btw, as is my usual habit for combiner limbs. Both of my Ricochets are loose. The problem is mainly in the hip joints and the shoulder hinges. Everything else is pretty comparable to the Jazz releases of the mold from Power of the Primes last year. Mine aren't so floppy that they won't stand on their own on the shelf, but they do "rag doll" a bit when you pick them up and gently shake them. My bigger QC issue is that the gold paint on the faces is a little sloppy. There are very messy lines between the top of the visor and the white of the helmet, for instance, but it's only really very noticeable from close up. Also, one of my Ricochets is missing a tab inside his car hood that secures the hood to the inner torso in robot mode. The other one has two, one on each side of the head hole, while the other one is missing the tab that would be on his right side.
I had very few issues with Red Swoop, on the other hand. He poses well, and while not everything tabs in with a nice "snap," like the dino legs into the robot legs, nothing is terribly floppy or falls out of place when handled. This goes for both copies I got. One is currently the left leg for "Firestormer," and the other is on a shelf wielding Titan Master Ptero as an energy bow. I'm integrating Red Swoop into my collection as a full robot version of Ptero, btw, so he can exist along side "Blue" Swoop, who remains my proper Swoop in my collection.
Wolfman Jake wrote:bvzxa, are you just tightening the joints with some clear nail polish or floor polish, or are them screws to tighten somewhere that'll help?

Looks like I'll have a red swoop in a few days.

I like my Red Swoops. One is serving as the left leg of "Firestormer," my Power of the Primes Inferno combiner. The reds and grays are a good match for those on Inferno. The other is a Deluxe sized version of Titans Return Ptero, and new Dinobot member, like PotP Slash. Equip PotP Red Swoop with TR Ptero for Pteranodouble Dino Action (tm)!
D-Maximal_Primal wrote:I think it might be more:
1) The reviews for the figures have not been kind with the looseness
2) They came out 2 months after they were anticipated too, so people probably lost interest
3) A bunch of people have Swoop and have moved on, and Ricochet isn't exactly a hot figure, even if I like him

It is good that Pulse has gotten them all.
But it is a shame that these 2 are not selling as much. They just aren't moving and attracting attention
