I don't understand this line of reasoning, none of these people have come out and described Kingdom Menasor. The only one is one of the other TFW leakers, but his knowledge is limited to Motormaster. So I'm not sure how exactly this disproves the leak.

They can't come out and describe what Menasor actually looks like because there is likely an NDA or "Non-disclosure Agreement" that is in play, preventing any investors, retailers, or influencers from saying anything about upcoming products until Hasbro says so, under penalty of law. The full information about Legacy Menasor and the Stunticons is known by lots of people outside of Hasbro right now who want to stay in their good graces and will respect the news embargo.

As to how the lack of news on this news is telling, this is the reasoning: They're not posting it, because they know what Menasor looks like, and therefore know the leaker on tfw2005 is wrong. Why post news that you know is bullshit? This isn't politics, people! Now, that of course doesn't prove anything one way or another, but the radio silence is certainly a good bit of evidence that the leak isn't real news.

Breakdown is the lie. Motormaster and Dead End can be explained simply by their translucent purple windows matching their energon weapons, their other tie-ins are just bonus.

Earth mode Ironhide, Ratchet, Sideswipe, Red Alert, Soundwave, laserbeak, thundercracker, Skywarp, Prowl and Bluestreak are all exclusives. As are Bumblebee (both versions) and the coneheads which didnt have cybertronian releases.

There was a healthy amount of skepticism in this thread and elsewhere, so I guess we're not all easy marks after all. I don't know how much fun anyone had over it? I mean, if the last few years gave taught me anything, it's that it's not hard to get a critical mass of people to believe something that's untrue.

Problem was, they just didn't seem like credible leaks in the first place so I'm not surprised there wasn't a reaction. Next time they want to try and troll everyone, they should have made the leaks sound more believable and in line with recent Hasbro decisions. For example spreading rumours in the summer that the Titan for 2023 will be Tidal Wave

Just so it's clear, it wasn't the leaker who gave the false info, it was the source the leaker got it from. In this case, the leaker was misled too.

I really did get some thoughts that we could have had an awesome Multiversal Menasor:

Cyberverse Dead End (essentially, he is G1 + CW + RotF)
G1 Dragstrip
Animated Wildrider
Prime Breakdown

It had the potential to be a lot of fun, and would have fit the whole "multiverse" line they are trying to go for.

I'd like to clarify I was trying to make a joke with the "threat of G1-ified Breakdown" comment. I was also just trying to make a point that even though we've been told it'll just be standard G1 Breakdown, there's still the chance that the initial statement of Prime Breakdown is the right one and G1 isn't. Ah well, guess I need to work on phrasing things to be funnier

Many found Bulkhead to look a bit too heroic looking in his Legacy proportions. However, it seems that the final product proportions were not the original intent. The original designer was friend to the site, Marcelo Matere uploaded his design to Facebook and while it is very close to the toy we are getting the slight difference in proportions really changes the overall look of the toy. The design makes him appear far more stout, similar to Bulkhead's previous incarnations. You can see that design below.
