But why that mold?

Many have said it but I would do anything for a CHUG Rescue Bot. Would love a WFC retool of Mirage into a Morbot.

What?
I'm sorry, WHAT?
I REALLY hope this is real. I passed on the crankcase remold, it's not a super great color scheme, but bits so obscure and if it does well, maybe it will signal for more RB characters.

...when they said that anything was on the table for Legacy I guess they weren't kidding. It's not quite the Crankcase retool I was hoping for (that would be Ironfist), but it looks good to me. Maybe Heatwave from Bulkhead next somehow please?

I saw this on TFW yesterday, so many off the wall comments, and it felt like mine were just completely ignored...Oh well, anyway... It was interesting to see that some fans liked the idea, many others were like "Why RB in Generations? I never watched that preschool show..."
Oddly enough, while there were Medix toys in the RB toyline, the character himself never appeared on the show. I did watch all of RB because it was age appropriate for my kids at the time. I never watched RB Academy (outside of a couple of clips on Youtube). It appears a Medix character actually appeared on RBA (the nephew of Ratchet), but if its supposed to be the same character, who knows. The Legacy pics bear a striking resemblance to the Botcon 2016 customization class figure more than anything else:
I'm so glad I own this, as all of the variations of this Ratchet Custom build class toy; Medix is arguably the hardest to create/obtain especially pushing on 6+ years since the convention. At any rate, if Legacy is supposed to represent all TF Fiction, why not Rescue Bots as well?ZeroWolf wrote:Interesting, a possible exclusive for the likes of Velocitron?
Possibly, or Selects, or Buzzworthy. Being a Medic, lots of fans, including myself, assumed it might be the Walgreens exclusive for 2023. I really hope not though. Usually those aren't revealed until a few months into the new year, and I'm really hoping 2022 Minerva is the last year of Walgreens exclusives seeing as they make it a real pain to obtain, and show little concern for exclusives since their toy rep left.

Hell yeah. That design was so cool; was always disappointed it never got used or even inspired a new mold.
Did you ever check at the crack of dawn when the stores first open? Oftentimes, scalpers get there bright and early to snatch up things they know people want, especially short-packed items.DeathReviews wrote:And STILL no "Cosmos". I thought it was supposed to be a "Walmart exclusive" in the States, but it's never shown up anywhere that can be seen, even their website has no sign of it. If it's supposed to be exclusive to Walmart, you'd think at least their web page would have it listed, even if only to say that it's out of stock...

I'm sure PvP and his factory spies are working hard to boost an early copy for him to review....

Heatwave from Legacy Bulkhead
Chase from Earthrise Runamuck
Boulder from Kingdom Warpath (HEAVY retool)
Blades is a bit of a pickle. His helicopter mode isn't similar to any that we've gotten recently. Maybe they'll release an updated Cybertron Universe Evac soon and call a recolor of that close enough.
