Pretty sure they did or was planned to (I must have seen a ko way back when as cant find anything official) as they did him in slags/snarls turquise colour to match them and a red one would have matched up with their red versions too. Even the oversized ko potp got a red colored grimlock which im sure Ive seen g1 grimlock in those colors.

If that Grimlock would’ve been the Turquoise version, I may have caved.
Hastak almost started me on a G2 kick with the UW version of the Combaticons, but I sold that off almost 8 years ago.
Now… Legacy G2 Stunticons……..
That would be my 3rd set of these figures.
But man, that is going to be tempting, and with skipping almost all of Legacy Evolution,
It almost feels like it was meant to be.

Given that all of the figures in the subline appear to have a theme of unreleased G2 decos, it seems likely that the Sideswipe in this line will not have his traditional G2 colors, but will instead have his unreleased G2 colors:

Oy, that Jazz is just too gaudy for me. In fact all of the ones show are really. That said the alt mode doesn't look as bad as bot mode as heh colors kind of c=accent each other, where as the bot mode just look very bland and bright.
Sideswipe doesn't look too bad but not something I need, already have the only one I need. If Evolution is all G2 they're all be pass for me at present.

No new molds so far,just repaints. Hopefully they manufacturer less for this Walmart exclusive line ( basically this year's Velocitron) and Walmart allows some room for regular Legacy this year.
