We may not have gotten word from Hasbro (did anybody actually, y'know, email them to ask??) but I'm pretty darn sure the substance was in fact positively identified as mold release fluid (which btw is similar to soap) that wasn't hosed off. Not super-commom on finished toys, but it's quite a common issue in the model kit world, so I trust people with experience there when they identify it. I hope Hasbro puts Nacelle back out there - and reaches out to everyone who had their order canceled.

Hey, most people choose hills, but I will die defending my stance on this iceberg until proven wrong!

I'm seeing pics from people whose Nacelle's were fine and now have the mold on them.

One very simple thing does make sense. Machine Wars Soundwave from Doubledealer. That mold hason't had a second use yet.
(Yeah, probably just wishful thinking.)

Megs, Soundwave, Shockwave 3-pack.
If this is legit, I’ll be trying to get it.

I don't hate the Earthrise Megatron mould as much as everyone else does, and I sold my Siege Shockwave and Netflix Soundwave on Ebay a while ago and I wouldn't mind having those two again. I think it's good that Shockwave doesn't come with all that extra stuff the Siege version had, less stuff to put in my weapons/accessories tub, and I skipped Coronation Starscream so I've never had that throne accessory before. The lack of Ravage doesn't bother me too much because I was never keen on that Siege/Netflix version.

If you literally don't have any of the figures or the throne, then it should be a really good pickup. I think one of the main complaints is that so many people have at least a couple of these things already.
