I have pre-orders in for Arcee and Bulkhead, but I was surprised to see that the pre-orders on Pulse won't be shipping out until July, that's almost a year away, and quite late for the first wave of a product line. Pulse UK have been pretty good for getting pre-order stock in ahead of the estimated date recently, so I'm hoping it won't be too long of a wait. In the five months between Kingdom wave 3 being announced and my pre-orders arriving, I ended up impulse buying a lot of crap I didn't really need in my collection just to fill the void, and I'm a bit worried that's going to happen again. I suppose I'll have Tigatron, Terrorsaur and Shattered Glass Starscream coming in the mean time, so that's something to look forward to until Legacy starts.

Really not feeling this new Arcee. She's a bit too bulky and really dosnt come off as the agile warrior Prime Arcee is. Bulkhead is an odd juxtaposition to Arcee as he comes off as too thing and lanky. Skids, Dragstrip, Kickback and Laser Prime are must haves, and I am eagerly awaiting a chance at my 4th RID Scourge.

I'm surprised Ravage hasn't sold out yet. Was expecting him to be gone within the first premium-only hour like previous years' PulseCon TF exclusives. Especially since he's listed as "Add to Cart" instead of "Pre-order".
Cybertron ended the way it did because it was one of those "The adventure is over, but life goes on" type of endings.
Joking aside, that era's been fleshed out a bit by both BotCon (back in the 2000s) and Japan (as recent as their Generations Selects manga from last year), so there's those versions out there to check out.
(shameless plug: I'm currently working on overhauling the Beast Era timeline page over at TFWiki as we speak, and plan to fill in much of the post-G1/pre-BW gap as I can with what info I have to work with.)

It was Rattrap who said that. Everyone is excited about the inevitable Scourge / Black Convoy repaint from Laser Prime, and I'm there with you, but there is another possibility.

Maybe for your American perspective. But for this here Canadian perspective, buying this at Gamestop was quite a steal at 66$CAN plus taxes as a Platinum member. Meaning that it's the same price as the 53$us Pulse charge... minus the mandatory 25$US of shipping. And if you consider that Dracula is the SAME PRICE as Ravage over here, Ravage give me way more value. Especially with a G1 Ravage included.
But eh, to each their own I guess.

Well I managed to get Galvatron on preorder, but unfortunately not Dragstrip or Kickback.
Both of whom look really, really good.
All I really want are these new Insecticons, Stunticons, and Blitzwing, the other 3 Dinobots, Blaster and Perceptor and and I will be so close to bowing out of the collecting game.
Everything/anything else along the way is just icing.
*edit:
For now I have Dragstrip and Kickback preordered through Gamestop.
I will say I think Kickback's shoulders are a little wide, but he still looks great overall.
I have this feeling that the Stunticon cars will simply peg into Motormaster's trailer parts for Menasor.
Although in the stream they did mention a "third mode"...

I dunno what you mean, draculus was like $10 more than a deluxe, so that makes sense for the remolding and the fabric cape, but the ravage set being $30 above the price of a deluxe just because it comes with g1 ravage is absurd.
But we're getting off topic, laser prime looks fun, I've always wanted one (one of my biggest regrets was passing on rid scourge as a child for air attack primal as my big birthday gift that year) and now I can finally have one

Oh yeah, it's nuts. I was dying for this figure, but I can't justify paying more than DOUBLE the normal price of a deluxe figure just to get a G1 Ravage re-release with it (especially since I already have an original G1 Ravage). It's insane how much they're asking for it. $53 US for a remold of a figure that cost $20 US at retail. That's more than the price of a LEADER figure here.

Him being a 2 pack rather than a single figure is a reason.

So, wait, are you saying that g1 ravage is supposed to justify an extra $20 charge (assuming that ravage got a $10 increase for the significant remolding)?

Late on posting this; managed to snag the Ravage set, and preordered everyone but Laser Prime. I dunno, just ain’t feeling him yet… but I would absolutely buy him as Scourge, Toxitron, and most of all, Shattered Glass Ultra Magnus…

So. My thoughts on today's reveals:
Bulkhead: Looking better, still planning to buy it, and feel better about it now
Skids: Looking better toi, still undecided
Laser Prime: YES! I love this new figure's design. I get not everyonr likes the reused legs, but I think they look fine. I'm most excited for the trailer
Drag Strip: Looks good, not liking the hollow head, and hoping he does become the arm, not just peg onto Menasor
Arcee: Looks really good, definitely a better representative of Prime universe than Bulkhead
Kickback: I'm fine with TR
Overall, I'm more surprised that we didn't see the second voyager and leader, or any core class figures. Is there another event coming up? Cause if Wave 1 comes out December like the other lines, that's not too much time? Or is Wave 1's missing voyager and leader Soundwave and Galvatron refreshes? Cause they don't tend to show off the refreshes for the lines

Here are my thoughts on the others:
Bulkhead: From what it looked like to me, he didn't look quite as trim... He had a bit of a beefy look.
But I understand those who are disappointed he doesn't have more of the previous design's aesthetic.
I do think he looks like a decent figure, but I'll be passing.
Skids: I'm sure this does have issues... He may be relatively frail, and those hollow legs definitely do not look good. I also noticed he has really, really wide, broad shoulders, which I think looks a bit awkward. Now, overall I think he looks okay, but unless it's on a major sale, I won't be getting him.
Laser Prime: Looks pretty cool, but he doesn't fit into my collection.
Arcee: I was never into the show, so those characters don't exactly have any pull on me. But I think she looks pretty cool. I would think fans of her Prime version would be happy with this.
Overall, I'm looking forward to this line because it's bringing a few figures that I've wanted for a while, but also giving me a break from spending a lot.

At the price they're charging? **** that
Maybe for your American perspective.
Well I'm glad you guys are catching as break, for context, for us, ravage is almost double the cost of draculus for no reason
What in the flying fok is up with the prices of these X-over figures?
I dunno what you mean
That's because he didn't tell you how much those crossover figures cost in Canada. For some reason, they almost cost double the us price in canadian dollars, which is nuts. The latest Ectotron was $90, for cinstance and Draculus is $70. Hence why Ravage seems like a better deal by comparison. Only happens with the crossover figures though, or the rest we are rather ok with the currency conversion.

Him being a 2 pack rather than a single figure is a reason.
So, wait, are you saying that g1 ravage is supposed to justify an extra $20 charge (assuming that ravage got a $10 increase for the significant remolding)?
I am not saying that. You said there was no reason for a 2 pack to cost more than a single packed figure, which makes no sense. Hasbro has valued the major retooling, extra guns, custom packaging and extra figure to justify $30 more. We may not like it, me included, but I can definitely see reasons for him to cost more than draculus.

Both of whom look really, really good.
All I really want are these new Insecticons, Stunticons, and Blitzwing, the other 3 Dinobots, Blaster and Perceptor and and I will be so close to bowing out of the collecting game.
Everything/anything else along the way is just icing
Around the time Kingdom was announced, I thought it was going to be my last line for that reason: between Prime Wars, WfC, and a few figures I pulled in from the T30 era, I was going to have a near-complete G1 animated lineup. Then they announced SS86 and TF:TM Kingdom figures, most of whom I had from Prime Wars. Not only did I buy all of those versions, I decided to get the BW cast too. Now with Legacy I'm purchasing additional Insecticons and Stunticons and dabbling in Prime.
What I mean is, for some of us, there's no exit.
BRB digging through bins to determine what I should unload at the con this weekend.

Cause if Wave 1 comes out December like the other lines, that's not too much time? Or is Wave 1's missing voyager and leader Soundwave and Galvatron refreshes? Cause they don't tend to show off the refreshes for the lines
IIRC, either Blaster or Armada Starscream are supposed to be the second Voyager (the other being Wave 2) but I guess they held off on them and the Cores for a later time. BBTS has listings for Bulkhead and a “mystery figure”.
They call me “Tanker Chungus”!

Missed this today as I was traveling. Nothing really of significance sadly. Did anyone happen to notice, does the Leader Prime's Base Mode have any AIRLOCK compatibility?
Looks like the money I won't be spending on mainline toys can be saved for MPG Trainbots and *hopefully* continued Selects in 2022.

I also must point out to my fellow Americans:
Imagine Draculus cost 53$US. What's the best deal? Him, or Ravage for the same price?
That's the situation in Canada.
